CVM评估生态环境价值的关键技术综述

【摘要】：条件价值评估法(CVM)是生态环境价值评估领域应用最为广泛的方法之一,该方法可用于评估生态环境的使用价值和非使用价值,并被认为是唯一能够评估非使用价值的方法。然而,学术界对该方法一直存在争议,争议主要围绕CVM使用过程中的各种技术环节展开,其中引导技术以及同一生态环境物品的支付意愿(WTP)和受偿意愿(WTA)是当前CVM研究中争议较多的两类关键技术。论文从主要引导技术的特征、引导技术的改进、不同引导技术评估结果的比较、引导技术的选用四个方面,综述了CVM引导技术的研究动态;从WTP与WTA的比较与选择,讨论了同一生态环境物品WTP与WTA的研究进展。最后对已有研究进行了评述。
[Abstract]:The conditional value assessment method (CVM) is one of the most widely used methods in the field of ecological environment value evaluation. This method can be used to evaluate the use value and non-use value of ecological environment, and is considered to be the only method that can evaluate the non-use value. However, there has always been controversy about this method in academic circles, which mainly revolved around the various technical links in the process of using CVM. The guiding technology, the willingness to pay (WTP) and the willingness to pay (WTA) of the same ecological environment are two kinds of key technologies which are controversial in the current CVM research. This paper summarizes the research trends of CVM guiding technology from four aspects: the characteristics of main guiding technology, the improvement of guiding technology, the comparison of evaluation results of different guiding technologies, the selection of guiding technology, the comparison and selection of WTP and WTA. The research progress of WTP and WTA in the same ecological environment was discussed. Finally, the previous studies are reviewed.
