产权理论与中国事业单位国有资产问题研究

【摘要】：中国事业单位是基于我国基本国情的一种特殊的组织,涵盖了教育科研、新闻传媒以及文化卫生等多个行业。从产权理论上来看,中国事业单位国有资产的管理还存在一定的问题。基于以上,本文从产权理论概述入手,探讨了中国事业单位国有资产产权管理存在的问题,并针对性的提出了具体的管理对策,旨在从产权管理方面推进中国事业单位的改革,促进事业单位的发展,从而促进我国社会主义市场经济体制的完善和发展。
[Abstract]:Chinese institutions are a special organization based on the basic conditions of our country, covering many industries, such as education and scientific research, news media, cultural health and so on. In terms of property right theory, there are still some problems in the management of state-owned assets in Chinese institutions. Based on the above, this paper begins with the summary of property right theory, discusses the problems existing in the property right management of state-owned assets in China's public institutions, and puts forward specific management countermeasures in order to promote the reform of Chinese public institutions from the aspect of property rights management. Promote the development of institutions, thus promoting the improvement and development of our socialist market economy system.
