明斯基的“华尔街图景”

【摘要】：了解一个经济学家所想象的图景是理解其经济思想的前提。依据其"华尔街范式",明斯基构想出一幅独特而宏大的"华尔街图景"。该图景描绘的是,在一个充满着根本的不确定性的货币生产型经济中,资本主义经济最为重要的资本积累过程和与之相伴的融资过程,以及在这两种相互作用的过程当中周期性产生的内生金融脆弱性和不稳定性。与主流经济学所设想的物物交换经济相比,这种"华尔街图景"能够更好且更深刻地捕捉和描述资本主义经济,在此基础之上对资本主义金融的强调以及由此产生的金融的逻辑,也更有助于理解现代金融化的资本主义经济。但受视野所限,该图景对实体生产领域自身的运行规律和逻辑关注不足,因而在一定程度上限制了明斯基思想和理论的洞察力和解释力。
[Abstract]:Understanding what an economist imagines is a prerequisite for understanding his economic thinking. According to his "Wall Street paradigm," Minsky conceived a unique and grand "Wall Street scene." The picture depicts the most important process of capital accumulation and the accompanying process of financing in a money-producing economy full of fundamental uncertainties. And the cyclical endogenous financial fragility and instability in the process of these two interactions. Compared with the barter economy envisioned in mainstream economics, this "Wall Street landscape" can capture and describe the capitalist economy better and more deeply. On this basis, the emphasis on capitalist finance and the resulting logic of finance are also helpful to understand the modern financialized capitalist economy. However, due to the limitation of the visual field, the picture does not pay enough attention to the operation law and logic of the entity production field itself, thus limiting Minsky's insight and explanation of his thought and theory to a certain extent.
