影响国际直接投资的产业因素

【摘要】： 研究投资与产业之间的关系,有必要放在可持续发展战略的高度。在国际直接投资与产业发展的历史发展进程中,投资者既主导着投资方向,也主导着产业的转移,使投资更多地立足于投资国的可持续发展战略,而忽视了东道国的可持续发展,也使东道国的产业发展自主性不足。中国发展到当前的阶段,不但是全球最大的引资国之一,也正逐渐成为对外投资的重要国家,如何处理好产业发展与国际直接投资的关系也已经提上了议事日程,解决好二者的关系也涉及到科学发展、和谐发展的问题。 本文从产业变化对国际直接投资影响的状况、产业发展变化对国际资本流动影响的历史变迁、近年来产业发展及资本流动的状况及其规律、政府产业政策对国际直接投资的影响及中国产业发展策略五个大的方面分五章对产业因素在国际直接投资中的影响作用进行研究,强调国际直接投资中产业的重要影响作用,并且认为这种影响因素会随着经济的不断发展而变得更加重要。 通过对国际直接投资与产业因素二者关系的研究,本文强化了一个观点——一些经济研究所选择的课题应该为现实需要服务,这才是经济学价值的体现,并希望本文的观点能够对当前的中国现实有所帮助。同时,本文还得出以下主要见解: 1.以往的投资理论对产业因素没有予以足够的关注,是因为当时的经济发展阶段产业影响没有得到足够的显现。本文认为当前在产业与国际直接投资互相影响的进程中,产业的影响作用是与日俱增的。这一观点是继承了前人的理论并结合现状而得出的,严格意义上是针对现实状况从一个新的视角进行分析和阐述,而不是颠覆。 2.当代产业发展的一些特殊性使产业对国际直接投资的影响有了新的内容。一是产业更替和产品的升级换代达到了前所未有的速度,技术转移的周期也急剧缩短,使全球产业格局变迁更趋复杂化;二是随着科技的发展,产业分工越来越细,新兴产业不断出现。产业发展的新的特点使国际直接投资的理论有必要做出新的解释,这使产业因素在国际直接投资理论中起到了更为重要的作用。 3.对产业发展和国际直接投资的历史换一个视角进行分析,对产业的作用做出新的解释,强调了产业因素在影响国际直接投资的诸因素中的重要先导作用。
[Abstract]:To study the relationship between investment and industry, it is necessary to put it at the height of sustainable development strategy. In the historical development process of international direct investment and industrial development, investors lead the direction of investment as well as the transfer of industry, so that the investment is more based on the sustainable development strategy of the investing country. The sustainable development of the host country is neglected, and the autonomy of industrial development of the host country is insufficient. At the present stage of development, China is not only one of the largest investors in the world, but is also gradually becoming an important country for overseas investment. How to properly handle the relationship between industrial development and international direct investment has also been put on the agenda. Solving the relationship between them also involves scientific development and harmonious development. In this paper, the influence of industrial changes on international direct investment, the historical changes of industrial changes on international capital flows, and the status and laws of industrial development and capital flows in recent years are discussed. The impact of government industrial policy on international direct investment (FDI) and China's industrial development strategy are studied in five chapters, emphasizing the important role of industry in international direct investment (FDI). And thinks this kind of influence factor will become more important with the development of the economy. Through the study of the relationship between international direct investment and industrial factors, this paper strengthens the viewpoint that some economic research institutes should serve the needs of reality, which is the embodiment of economic value. And hope that this view can be helpful to the current Chinese reality. At the same time, this paper also draws the following main views: 1. The previous investment theory did not pay enough attention to the industrial factors because the industrial influence was not sufficiently apparent in the stage of economic development at that time. This paper argues that the influence of industry is increasing in the process of interaction between industry and international direct investment. This viewpoint is derived from the theory of predecessors and combines with the present situation. Strictly speaking, it is to analyze and expound the reality from a new angle of view, not to subvert it. 2. Some particularities of contemporary industrial development make the influence of industry on international direct investment have new content. First, the industrial turnover and product upgrading has reached an unprecedented speed, and the period of technology transfer has been shortened sharply, which makes the global industrial pattern change more complicated; Second, with the development of science and technology, industrial division of labor is becoming more and more fine, emerging industries continue to emerge. The new characteristics of industrial development make it necessary for the theory of international direct investment to make a new explanation, which makes industrial factors play a more important role in the theory of international direct investment. 3. This paper analyzes the historical change of industrial development and international direct investment, makes a new explanation of the role of industry, and emphasizes the important leading role of industrial factors in influencing international direct investment.
