新发展理念的经济学解析与思考——基于社会主义基本经济规律的视角

【摘要】：社会主义初级阶段这个最基本的国情、最基本的实际,决定了我们仍要坚持以经济建设为中心,把发展作为解决一切问题的关键。作为中国特色社会主义理论组成部分的发展理念也随着我国发展中面临的机遇和挑战而不断丰富发展。社会主义的发展理念是社会主义基本经济规律的主要表现,社会主义基本经济规律是指经由生产来达到想要的目的连同实现目的所采用的手段这两者的有机结合。新发展理念中的"共享发展"揭示了社会主义的生产目的,而"创新发展""协调发展""绿色发展"和"开放发展"则揭示了实现社会主义生产目的之手段。因此,新发展理念是对社会主义基本经济规律表现形式的一种新概括,开拓了中国特色社会主义理论发展的新境界。
[Abstract]:The most basic national conditions and the most basic realities in the primary stage of socialism have determined that we should continue to take economic construction as the central task and take development as the key to solving all problems. As a part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the concept of development has been enriched and developed with the opportunities and challenges in the development of our country. The development concept of socialism is the main manifestation of the basic economic law of socialism. The basic economic law of socialism refers to the organic combination of the two methods to achieve the desired purpose through production and the means used to achieve the end. The "shared development" in the new development concept reveals the socialist production purpose, while the "innovation development", "coordinated development", "green development" and "open development" reveal the means to realize the socialist production goal. Therefore, the new concept of development is a new generalization of the basic economic laws of socialism and opens up a new realm of the development of socialism theory with Chinese characteristics.
