《资本论》对农业扩大再生产与积累多维关系的揭示

【摘要】：2013~2016年连续4年的中央一号文件均聚焦"农业现代化"。增加农业投入与扩大农业规模是建设现代化农业、强化农业基础的迫切需要。资金积累是扩大农业生产规模的重要源泉。但在特定条件下,没有资金积累也能扩大农业生产规模。这是因为劳动积累也是实现农业扩大再生产的重要条件。马克思在《资本论》中从各个侧面,剖析农业扩大再生产与积累之间的多维关系,值得深入研究,并应用于实践。
[Abstract]:The first document of the Central Committee for four consecutive years from 2013 to 2016 focused on agricultural modernization. Increasing agricultural input and expanding agricultural scale are the urgent needs of building modern agriculture and strengthening agricultural foundation. Capital accumulation is an important source of expanding the scale of agricultural production. However, under certain conditions, no accumulation of funds can also expand the scale of agricultural production. This is because the accumulation of labor is also an important condition for the expansion of agricultural reproduction. Marx's analysis of the multidimensional relationship between agricultural reproduction and accumulation from various aspects in Capital is worthy of further study and application in practice.
