基于“工学结合、校企合作”的高职经管类专业长效实践教学模式研究

【摘要】：高职院校经管类专业基于"工学结合、校企合作"的实践教学存在着长效合作机制缺位的问题,表现为合作内容单一、合作过程管理缺位、合作效果不尽如人意。这既有政策原因,也有企业和高校自身的原因。要建立校企双方的长效实践合作机制,建议从政策角度对企业和高职院校进行支持和引导;校企双方积极挖掘双方共同利益驱动点,确定具体实践合作模式,并使实践教学形式多样化;同时高职院校应以内涵式增长为方向,提升学校实力,为与企业建立长效合作机制提供基本条件;并建立高效的实践教学管理机构,加强实践教学过程管理。
[Abstract]:On the basis of "combination of work and study, cooperation between school and enterprise", the practical teaching of economic management in higher vocational colleges has the problem of the absence of long-term cooperation mechanism, which shows that the cooperation content is single, the management of cooperation process is absent, and the effect of cooperation is not satisfactory. This has the policy reason, also has the enterprise and the university own reason. In order to establish a long-term practical cooperation mechanism, it is suggested to support and guide the enterprises and higher vocational colleges from the perspective of policy. Both the school and the enterprise actively excavate the mutual benefit drive point of both sides, determine the concrete practice cooperation pattern, and make the practice teaching form diversification; At the same time, the higher vocational colleges should take the implicit growth as the direction, enhance the strength of the school, provide the basic conditions for establishing the long-term cooperation mechanism with the enterprises, and establish an efficient practical teaching management organization to strengthen the management of the practical teaching process.
