以“创新”发展理念引领经济社会新发展论析

【摘要】：党的十八届五中全会上,习近平提出了五大发展理念,"创新"发展理念在五大理念中居于首位。实现创新发展,是我国转变经济发展方式的必然选择,有利于提高我国的国际竞争力,有利于全面建成小康社会目标的实现,因此坚持创新发展理念的意义重大而深远。现实条件下,要着力从树立创新理念、创造创新环境、完善制度保障、推进协同创新等方面入手,以创新发展理念引领经济社会新发展。
[Abstract]:At the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Xi Jinping put forward five development ideas. It is an inevitable choice for our country to change the mode of economic development, to improve our international competitiveness and to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, it is of great and far-reaching significance to adhere to the idea of innovative development. Under the realistic condition, we should set up the innovation idea, create the innovation environment, perfect the system guarantee, promote the coordinated innovation and so on, so as to lead the new development of the economy and society with the idea of innovation and development.

[Abstract]:At the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Xi Jinping put forward five development ideas. It is an inevitable choice for our country to change the mode of economic development, to improve our international competitiveness and to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, it is of great and far-reaching significance to adhere to the idea of innovative development. Under the realistic condition, we should set up the innovation idea, create the innovation environment, perfect the system guarantee, promote the coordinated innovation and so on, so as to lead the new development of the economy and society with the idea of innovation and development.
