中国特色社会主义政治经济学发展的新境界

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平从旨在"实现我国社会生产力水平总体跃升"的经济新常态,到旨在"推动我国社会生产力水平整体改善"的供给侧结构性改革的系列论述,引导着党的十八大以来中国经济改革的新发展,为治国理政提供了政治经济学的理论基础。坚持解放和发展社会生产力,坚持社会主义市场经济改革方向,是贯穿于党的十八大以来五次中央经济工作会议的事关治国理政的重要议题,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要原则。新发展理念是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的根本理念,也是治国理政新理念新思想新战略的指导方针。治国理政新理念新思想新战略开辟了中国特色"系统化的经济学说"的新境界。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Xi Jinping has gone from the new economic normal aimed at "realizing the overall leap in the level of social productive forces in China" to the supply-side structural reform aimed at "promoting the overall improvement of the level of social productive forces in China". It has guided the new development of China's economic reform since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and provided the theoretical basis of political economy for governing the country. Persisting in liberating and developing social productive forces and adhering to the direction of socialist market economy reform is an important issue that runs through the five central economic work conferences since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It is also an important principle of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. The new development concept is not only the fundamental idea of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, but also the guiding principle of the new idea and new strategy of governing the country. The new idea and strategy of governing the country has opened up a new realm of "systematic economic theory" with Chinese characteristics.
