马克思主义就业理论与现时代中国就业问题

【摘要】：就业问题是我国现代化建设中不能回避的重要疑难问题。本文在对马克思主义就业理论进行梳理的基础上,对当前我国存在的就业问题进行了分析讨论。遵循马克思主义就业理论,将就业问题与消除贫富两极分化、促进社会成员全面发展等社会工程结合起来统筹考虑,应是克服我国就业难题的长远方略。本文针对目前我国已经存在并且还在继续扩大的先行富裕起来的群体,提出建立无工资报酬的自愿就业和轮换就业两种新型就业体制。实施这些体制,不仅体现马克思主义就业理论的精神实质,而且代表着中国特色社会主义社会的发展方向。
[Abstract]:The employment problem is an important problem that can not be avoided in the modernization of our country. Based on analyzing Marx's employment theory, employment in the current problems are analyzed and discussed. According to Marx's theory of employment, the employment problem and eliminate the polarization between the rich and the poor, promote the comprehensive development of members of the society of social engineering combined with the overall consideration, should be a long-term strategy to overcome the employment problem in China. At present our country has already existed and continues to expand to rich groups, proposed the establishment of wages paid no voluntary employment and employment rotation two new employment system. The implementation of the system, not only embodies the spiritual essence of Marx's theory of employment the direction of development, but also represents Chinese socialist society.

【正文快照】： 就业问题是当代中国在现代化建设过程中遇到的重要疑难问题,对中国未来发展也将产生巨大影响。由于历史条件的制约,马克思主义经典作家未必能对解决当代中国的就业问题提供具体方案,但遵循马克思主义的相关理论,社会主义中国应当能够在实践中探索出克服就业困难的正确方案。
