【摘要】： 雇佣劳动概念在学术界主要被视为马克思经济学视域中的概念。本文认为马克思的雇佣劳动概念同样也是哲学视域中的概念,它具有深厚的哲学根基,是马克思将哲学和经济学结合研究的体现。它不仅在马克思主义政治经济学说史上有着特别重要的意义,更重要的是大大丰富了历史唯物主义。马克思通过对资本主义社会初期雇佣劳动制度的分析和批判,达到了对资本主义社会的科学批判和对共产主义社会的理论说明。在资本主义社会初期,马克思雇佣劳动论具有很强的理论构建和现实批判作用。然而,马克思在资本主义早期形成的雇佣劳动论毕竟不是现成的“理论公式”,对当代问题的探讨和解决不可能从中直接找到答案。本文选择马克思雇佣劳动论为研究对象,以历史与逻辑相统一的方法,对马克思“雇佣劳动”概念的发展过程进行梳理,揭示雇佣劳动产生的秘密、特点,及其假相；以对比分析的方法理清异化劳动与雇佣劳动的内在关系,揭示雇佣劳动的异化性质；在考察雇佣劳动对资本的关系的基础上阐述雇佣劳动论的基本内容和本质。希望通过对马克思雇佣劳动论的分析和研究,结合当代雇佣劳动发展状况,来揭示马克思雇佣劳动论超越特定历史的相对普遍真理和价值。
[Abstract]:The concept of wage labor is mainly regarded as a concept in the field of Marxist economics. This paper holds that Marx's concept of wage labor is also a concept in the field of philosophy, which has a deep philosophical foundation. It is the embodiment of Marx's combination of philosophy and economics. It is not only of great significance in the history of Marxist political and economic theory. More importantly, it greatly enriched historical materialism. Marx analyzed and criticized the wage labor system in the early stage of capitalist society. Reached the scientific criticism of capitalist society and the theoretical explanation of communist society. In the early stage of capitalist society, Marx's wage labor theory has a strong theoretical construction and realistic critical role. After all, the theory of wage labor formed by Marx in the early stage of capitalism is not a ready-made "theoretical formula". This article chooses Marx's wage labor theory as the research object, unifies the method of history and logic, combs the development process of Marx's concept of "wage labor", reveals the secret and characteristic of wage labor. And its false appearance; The internal relationship between alienated labor and wage labor is clarified by means of comparative analysis, and the dissimilation nature of wage labor is revealed. On the basis of examining the relationship between wage labor and capital, this paper expounds the basic content and essence of wage labor theory, and hopes that through the analysis and study of Marx's theory of wage labor, the development of contemporary wage labor can be combined. To reveal the relative universal truth and value that Marx's theory of wage labor transcends a particular history.
