开放式创新研究述评及展望

【摘要】：从基础理论研究和纵深发展两个层次对开放式创新研究文献进行梳理,发现开放式创新已成为企业技术创新的主要模式,其研究数量逐年攀升,研究内容涉及开放式创新内涵、知识管理、知识产权和风险、企业绩效等多个方面,对科技研究和创新政策的制定有重大意义。在未来,该领域可致力于从组织内部管理、人力资源管理、知识产权管理和国家创新体系构建等视角展开研究。
[Abstract]:Combing the open innovation research literature from the two levels of basic theory research and deep development, it is found that open innovation has become the main mode of enterprise technological innovation, and its research quantity is increasing year by year, and the research content involves the connotation of open innovation. Knowledge management, intellectual property rights and risk, corporate performance, etc., are of great significance in the formulation of science and technology research and innovation policies. In the future, this field can be devoted to internal management, human resources management, Intellectual property management and national innovation system construction and other perspectives to carry out research.
