[Abstract]:From today's point of view, before the industrial revolution in Western countries in 18th century, the world was flat. The gap between the level of development of the most developed countries and the least developed countries in terms of per capita income was at most 4-5 times higher. After the industrial revolution, There are great differences in the world. Western countries are developing rapidly in science and technology and their economies are developing rapidly. Many countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America still follow the traditional and backward production methods.
