货币国定论:后凯恩斯主义货币理论的新发展

【摘要】：全球金融危机吸引了诸多学者关于货币理论的探讨,特别是进一步引发了对现代主流货币理论的质疑。在此背景下,以后凯恩斯主义经济学家为主体的一批学者在后凯恩斯经济学理论框架内复兴和发展了20世纪的货币国定论,并在现代货币体系下系统地阐述了新货币国定论。同主流货币理论相比,该理论更加契合历史事实和人类记录,在经验上也更具说服力。其洞见非常适用于当代财政和货币政策研究,有利于揭示金融化经济下金融危机的本质,为危机下政府的经济刺激计划提供理论依据,并且恰能为中国破解美元霸权、实施主权信贷从而发展国民经济提供相关理论基础和经验启示。然而,该理论在精确模型化表述以及与后凯恩斯主义其他货币理论之间的综合尚待进一步研究。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis has attracted many scholars to discuss the monetary theory, especially to raise the question of the modern mainstream monetary theory. After the Keynesian economists as the main body of a group of scholars in the post-Keynesian economic theory within the framework of the revival and development of the monetary state in 20th century, The conclusion of the new currency country is systematically expounded under the modern monetary system. Compared with the mainstream monetary theory, this theory is more in line with historical facts and human records. It is also empirically more persuasive. Its insights are well suited to contemporary fiscal and monetary policy research, which is conducive to revealing the nature of the financial crisis in a financialized economy and providing a theoretical basis for a government's economic stimulus plan under a crisis. And it can provide relevant theoretical basis and experience for China to break the hegemony of US dollar, implement sovereign credit and develop national economy. However, The integration of this theory with other post-Keynesian monetary theories needs further study.
