农村产业集群的在线社会资本研究

【摘要】：产业集群的发展对于区域经济有重要的推动作用。对于农村这个城市化的重要领域来说,产生于现实地理空间的离线社会资本对集群企业的发展至关重要。随着互联网使用的普及,集群企业中企业家和员工的互联网使用行为促进了在线社会资本的产生。但是到目前为止,农村产业集群在线社会资本产生和作用机制的研究在区域经济学、经济社会学和传播学等领域中仍没有引起足够的重视。因此本文通过对杨官店机箱产业集群的实证研究,考察了在农村产业集群内基于互联网使用而形成的在线社会资本的产生和作用机制,以期填补该研究领域的空白并对农村经济发展有现实的指导意义。本研究选取了产业集群内的企业家和员工为研究对象,通过小规模深度访谈、大规模问卷调查和对阿里巴巴和“杨官店贴吧”的深入观察获取了研究资料和数据。通过采用UCINET软件进行社会网络的定量分析和对调研资料的定性分析,得出了以下结论：第一,企业家在使用互联网和业内朋友、合作伙伴以及员工的联系中产生了在线个体社会资本。这种社会资本投资的收益体现在企业的生产经营和管理经营中。第二,企业家在阿里巴巴网络平台上和买家的联系中产生了在线集体社会资本。互联网上的虚拟产业集群不仅延续并扩大了传统地理空间上产业集群的正外部性,而且同时也减弱了由于地理空间集聚带来的负面问题。第三,员工通过“杨官店贴吧”上帖子的互动建立了联系,流通于这些联系中的社会资本对于员工群体、企业家和整个集群都产生了积极影响。第四,企业家和员工在互联网上基于时间的投资得到的在线社会资本,不仅使得这些行动者收益,在促进企业发展和改善员工素质的过程中也在整个产业集群内体现了其正外部性。
[Abstract]:The development of industrial cluster plays an important role in the regional economy. For the rural areas as an important city of the social capital, offline in real geographical space is very important to the enterprise cluster development. With the popularity of Internet, enterprise cluster enterprises home and employees' Internet use behavior to promote the online social capital. But so far, the rural industrial clusters of online social capital production and mechanism research in regional economics, economic sociology and communication in the field is still not attracted enough attention. Therefore, this paper conducts an empirical research on Yang Guan Dian chassis industry cluster, were investigated in the rural industrial clusters based on the use of Internet. Online social capital production and mechanism, in order to fill the gaps in research and practical means of rural economic development Guide meaning.
This study selects entrepreneurs and employees in the industrial cluster as the research object. Through in-depth interviews, large-scale questionnaires and in-depth observation of Alibaba and Yang Guan Dian post bar, we get research data and data.
Through the quantitative analysis of the social network and the qualitative analysis of the survey data, the following conclusions are obtained by using UCINET software.
First, entrepreneurs generate online individual social capital through the use of Internet and their friends, partners and employees. The benefits of such social capital investment are reflected in the production, operation and management of enterprises.
Second, entrepreneurs have online collective social capital in the Alibaba network platform and the buyer's contact. Virtual industry cluster on the Internet is not only the continuation and expansion of the positive externalities of industrial clusters of traditional geographical space, but also reduces the negative problems due to agglomeration of geographical space.
Third, employees have established connections through the interaction of posts on "Yang Guan Dian tie bar". The social capital flowing in these links has a positive impact on employee groups, entrepreneurs and the whole cluster.
Fourth, online social capital obtained by entrepreneurs and employees based on time investment on the Internet not only makes these actors benefit, but also reflects their positive externalities in the whole industry cluster during the process of promoting the development and improvement of employees' quality.
