浅谈低碳经济背景下如何推进环境档案管理

【摘要】：正目前,越来越多的企业开始关注低碳经济,要求推行环境档案管理制度的呼声越来越高,充分运用环境档案管理手段推进低碳经济,是新时期探索环保道路的重要内容。一、当前环境档案管理存在的问题当前,我国环境档案管理存在着一系列问题:一方面,缺乏环境档案管理体系的保障机制。目前我国还没有专门的环境档案管理准则、标准,在企业档案制度及信息披露的相关法规中也很少涉及环境问题,缺乏系统的环境档案和信息披露的制度和规范。这
[Abstract]:At present, more and more enterprises are beginning to pay attention to the low-carbon economy, and the demand for the implementation of the environmental archives management system is getting higher and higher. The full use of environmental archives management means to promote the low-carbon economy is an important content of exploring the road of environmental protection in the new period. At present, there are a series of problems in the management of environmental archives in our country: on the one hand, there is no guarantee mechanism for the management system of environmental archives. At present, there are no special standards and standards for the management of environmental archives in our country. Environmental issues are rarely involved in the enterprise archives system and related laws and regulations on information disclosure, and there is a lack of systematic systems and norms for environmental archives and information disclosure.
