风险投资对区域创新系统的作用机理研究——基于复杂网络理论视角

【摘要】：风险投资对区域创新系统的发展有显著的促进作用,但其内在作用机理仍然模糊不清。本文从复杂网络理论的视角分析区域创新系统持续创新能力的来源,建立风险投资与区域创新系统的关系模型,研究风险投资在区域创新系统实现持续创新中的贡献和作用机理。研究发现,风险投资(VC)企业的出现、存在及其融资、选择、标识、集体学习和嵌入等五项作用功能的有效发挥,有助于区域创新系统克服"市场失灵"和"系统失灵",增强系统的稳健性,实现持续创新。最后,从国家创新政策、区域创新战略、创新环境和风险投资发展等四个方面给出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Venture capital plays a significant role in promoting the development of regional innovation system, but its internal mechanism is still unclear. In this paper, the source of sustainable innovation ability of regional innovation system is analyzed from the perspective of complex network theory, and the relationship model between venture capital and regional innovation system is established. This paper studies the contribution and mechanism of venture capital in realizing sustainable innovation in regional innovation system. It is found that the emergence, existence, financing, selection, marking, collective learning and embedding of venture capital enterprises play their roles effectively. It is helpful for regional innovation system to overcome "market failure" and "system failure", enhance system robustness and realize sustainable innovation. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are given from four aspects: national innovation policy, regional innovation strategy, innovation environment and venture capital development.
