和谐社会构建中的经济利益协调问题研究

【摘要】： 利益是人们通过一定社会关系表现出来的社会需要。利益问题是关系到人类生存与发展的根本性问题。人类的全部活动都与利益和对利益的追求相关。经济利益是在一定社会经济形态中满足人们经济需要的生产成果。随着商品经济的不断发展,经济利益的重要性愈发体现出来。经济利益协调,指社会生活中不同个体,不同群体之间经济利益矛盾的协调和化解,它是维持政治、经济、社会稳定的基础。和谐社会构建离不开对经济利益协调问题的研究。本文重点阐述了和谐社会与经济利益协调两者间相辅相成的互动关系:和谐社会的理念为经济利益协调提供理论支撑,经济利益协调是当代构建和谐社会的必然要求。当代,实现经济利益协调对我们构建社会主义和谐社会具有极其重要的意义。和谐社会构建中,我国的经济利益关系发生了深刻的变化,这一时期是一个利益主体多元化、利益取向多极化、利益差别显性化、利益矛盾尖锐化的时期。本文深入探析了和谐社会构建中的经济利益协调问题的产生根源。正是由于生产力不发达这一社会主义初级阶段基本矛盾为根本原因,加上和谐社会构建中诸如分配机制的不健全、政策的不完善等体制原因,以及现阶段利益主体利益观念变化等思想原因,使得当前经济利益协调问题突出表现为构建和谐社会进程中的宏观、微观经济利益矛盾。和谐社会的构建要求提高党的利益协调能力。提高党构建社会主义和谐社会的能力,必须紧紧抓住经济利益协调这个关键所在。针对宏观、微观经济利益矛盾及其产生根源,提出了经济利益协调应遵循的四个原则:坚持共同富裕原则、注重分配公正原则、平衡效率公平原则以及贯彻统筹兼顾原则。在遵循上述四原则的基础上,提出了构建和谐社会进程中经济利益协调的实现方式,即必须在大力发展生产力,不断增加社会财富的基础上,综合运用经济、行政、道德、法律等各种手段,来协调当前我国社会的经济利益关系。并采取切实可行的具体对策,协调构建和谐社会进程中的宏观、微观经济利益矛盾,推动经济、社会协调发展,最终实现构建社会主义和谐社会的目标。
[Abstract]:Interest is the social need that people express through certain social relations. The question of interest is a fundamental problem related to the survival and development of human beings. All human activities are related to interest and the pursuit of interest. Economic benefits are the production results that meet people's economic needs in a certain social and economic form. With the continuous development of commodity economy, the importance of economic interests is increasingly reflected. Coordination of economic interests refers to the coordination and resolution of contradictions of economic interests among different individuals and groups in social life, which is the basis of maintaining political, economic and social stability. The construction of a harmonious society can not be separated from the study of the coordination of economic interests. This paper focuses on the interactive relationship between the harmonious society and the coordination of economic interests: the concept of harmonious society provides theoretical support for the coordination of economic interests, and the coordination of economic interests is an inevitable requirement for the construction of a harmonious society. At present, it is of great significance to realize the coordination of economic interests for us to build a harmonious socialist society. In the construction of a harmonious society, the economic interest relationship of our country has undergone profound changes. This period is a period of diversification of the main body of interests, multi-polarization of interest orientation, dominance of the difference of interests and sharpening of the contradiction of interests. This paper probes into the origin of the problem of economic interest coordination in the construction of a harmonious society. It is precisely because the underdevelopment of productive forces, the basic contradiction in the primary stage of socialism, is the root cause, coupled with institutional reasons such as the imperfection of the distribution mechanism and the imperfect policies in the construction of a harmonious society. As well as the change of the interest concept of the main body of interest at the present stage, the problem of coordination of economic interests at present is manifested in the contradiction of macro and micro economic interests in the process of constructing a harmonious society. The construction of a harmonious society requires improving the Party's ability to coordinate interests. To improve the Party's ability to build a harmonious socialist society, we must firmly grasp the key point of coordination of economic interests. In view of the contradiction between macro and micro economic interests and its origin, the paper puts forward four principles that should be followed in the coordination of economic interests: adhering to the principle of common prosperity, paying attention to the principle of distributive justice, balancing efficiency and fairness, and carrying out the principle of overall consideration. On the basis of following the above four principles, this paper puts forward the way to realize the coordination of economic interests in the process of building a harmonious society, that is, we must make comprehensive use of economy, administration and morality on the basis of vigorously developing productive forces and increasing social wealth. Law and other means to coordinate the current economic interests of our society. And take practical and practical measures to coordinate the macro and micro economic interests in the process of building a harmonious society, promote the coordinated development of economy and society, and finally achieve the goal of building a harmonious socialist society.
