包容性增长的内涵与转变

【摘要】：包容性增长是经济总量与人民幸福指数的协调增长。包容性增长坚持马克思主义,展现社会主义中国的科学发展,弘扬中华民族的优秀传统文化。实现包容性增长是构建国际经济新秩序、完成国内经济社会第二次转型的需要。经济增长方式的包容性转变,需要推动和平外交,树立科学发展观和正确政绩观、建立科学全面的考核体系、加大对欠发达地区人力资本的投资力度等。
[Abstract]:Inclusive growth is the coordinated growth of the economic aggregate and the people's happiness index. Inclusive growth persists in Marx doctrine, shows the scientific development of socialist China, and carries forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. The realization of inclusive growth is the new order of the international economy and the need of the second transformation of the domestic economy and society. The inclusive transformation of the mode requires the promotion of peaceful diplomacy, the establishment of the Scientific Outlook on Development and the correct view of political achievements, the establishment of a scientific and comprehensive assessment system, and the increase of the investment in the human capital in the underdeveloped areas.
