基于遥感的福建省生态资产动态监测研究

【摘要】：生态资产的价值不是一成不变的,在一个稳定的时间段里,生态资产价值随着时间和空间而变化,同时,在不同的区域,生态系统服务所体现的价值也因经济发展的关系呈现较大的差异。因此对于给定的研究区域,实现生态系统资产的动态监测需要考虑生态系统自身的变化和货币价值变化两方面的因素。本文采用十五规划起止年份的数据,一方面借鉴前人研究成果基于植被第一净初级生产力量度生态系统自身变化,另一方面本文提出基于人均GDP进行货币价值计算的修订,得出福建省两年的生态资产,并进行了生态资产总量及单位面积价值的时空变化分析,又基于行政区划和土地覆盖类型进行生态资产时空分布规律研究。研究的结果表明,福建省生态系统总体状况良好,单位面积生态资产均在1100万元以上,2001年福建省生态资产总值为1.27×1012元,2005年生态资产的总值为1.86×10u元,从空间分布来看,福建省生态资产在东西方向上呈现出从东南沿海向西北内陆递减的趋势；在南北方向上生态资产的高值部分大体上分布于北纬24°30'0"与北纬25°50'0"之间,且整体上呈现出以此区域为对称轴向南北递减的趋势。本研究一方面在验证一种方法可行的基础上进行了价值体系的修订,另一方面从总体上把握福建省的生态资产分布状况,为福建省生态资产的和谐、可持续发展提供技术支持。
[Abstract]:The value of ecological assets is not fixed. Over a stable period of time, the value of ecological assets changes with time and space, and at the same time, in different regions, The value of ecosystem services is different from that of economic development. Therefore, for a given research area, the dynamic monitoring of ecosystem assets needs to take into account the changes of ecosystem itself and the change of monetary value. This paper uses the data from the beginning and ending years of the Tenth Five-Year Plan. On the one hand, it uses the previous research results for reference on the basis of the changes in the ecosystem of the first net primary production strength of vegetation. On the other hand, this paper proposes a revision of the monetary value calculation based on the per capita GDP. The ecological assets of Fujian Province were obtained for two years, and the temporal and spatial changes of the total amount of ecological assets and the value of unit area were analyzed, and the temporal and spatial distribution of ecological assets was studied based on administrative divisions and land cover types. The results show that the ecosystem of Fujian Province is in good condition, the ecological assets per unit area are all above 11 million yuan, the total value of ecological assets of Fujian Province in 2001 is 1.27 脳 1012 yuan, and the total value of ecological assets in 2005 is 1.86 脳 10 u yuan. The ecological assets of Fujian Province show a decreasing trend from the southeast coast to the northwest inland in the east-west direction, and the high values of the ecological assets in the north-south direction are roughly distributed between 24 掳30 "N" and 25 掳50 "N". And the overall trend of this region as the axis of symmetry to the north-south decline. On the one hand, on the basis of verifying the feasibility of a method, this study revised the value system, on the other hand, grasped the distribution of ecological assets in Fujian Province in general, and provided technical support for the harmony and sustainable development of ecological assets in Fujian Province.
