公民财产权利、社会资本与经济增长

【摘要】：公民财产权利的确立对于社会资本的积累具有积极作用,理论分析所揭示的二者之间的关系能够联系转型期中国的现实接受检验。既然社会资本的增加有利于经济增长,那么在理论逻辑上,确立公民财产权利也就会通过社会资本而影响经济增长。从微观层面看,公民财产权利的确立促进个人社会资本的积累,关键在于个人财产权利的明晰和依法得到保护,使之获得追求自身利益的激励并产生稳定的预期,为追求收入与财富的增长,个人会产生投资社会资本的愿望并积极行动起来。从中观层面看,公民财产权利的确立促进社区或组织的社会资本的积累,社区或组织内成员之间的和谐相处、合作共事,无疑会增进经济活动的效率,推动经济增长。从宏观层面看,公民财产权利的确立意味着有效产权制度的建构,由此而促进社会资本总量的增加,推动一国(地区)经济增长。
[Abstract]:The establishment of citizens' property rights plays a positive role in the accumulation of social capital. The relationship between the two revealed by theoretical analysis can be tested in the reality of China during the transition period. Since the increase of social capital is conducive to economic growth, the establishment of citizens' property rights will affect economic growth through social capital. From the micro level, the establishment of citizens' property rights promotes the accumulation of individual social capital. The key lies in the clarity of individual property rights and their protection according to law, so that they can get incentives to pursue their own interests and produce stable expectations. In pursuit of income and wealth growth, individuals develop the desire to invest in social capital and take active action. From the meso level, the establishment of citizens' property rights will promote the accumulation of social capital in the community or organization, the harmonious coexistence and cooperation among the members of the community or organization, which will undoubtedly enhance the efficiency of economic activities and promote economic growth. From the macro level, the establishment of citizens' property rights means the construction of effective property rights system, which promotes the increase of the total amount of social capital and the economic growth of a country (region).
