消费者非理性行为与凯恩斯消费函数

【摘要】：本文首次构建了基于消费者非理性行为——"货币幻觉"与"过度反应"视角下的凯恩斯消费函数,并分别用中国城镇居民1978—2009年年度数据和中国农村居民1985—2009年年度数据,对该非理性凯恩斯消费函数进行实证检验。检验结果表明中国城镇居民和中国农村居民的消费行为都是非理性的,中国城镇居民受到"货币幻觉"效应的影响,而中国农村居民则表现出对物价波动的"过度反应"。最后,本文还详细解释了中国城镇居民和中国农村居民在面对消费决策时,表现出"货币幻觉"与"过度反应"两种不同非理性行为的可能原因,并给出了若干政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper for the first time constructs a Keynesian consumption function based on the irrational behavior of consumers-"money hallucinations" and "overreaction". Using the annual data of Chinese urban residents from 1978 to 2009 and the annual data of Chinese rural residents from 1985 to 2009, this paper makes an empirical test on the irrational Keynesian consumption function. The results show that the consumption behavior of both Chinese urban residents and Chinese rural residents is irrational. Chinese urban residents are affected by "monetary illusion" effect, while Chinese rural residents show "overreaction" to price fluctuations. Finally, this paper explains in detail the possible causes of the different irrational behaviors of "monetary illusion" and "overreaction" between Chinese urban residents and Chinese rural residents in the face of consumption decisions, and gives some policy suggestions.
