产业结构与产权结构的协同研究

【摘要】：产权结构是影响产业结构的重要因素之一，产业结构在优化过程中与产权结构的优化互相作用。产权结构是否合理，直接影响产业结构的优化进程，，所以全面认识产权理论、产权结构及其特点、演化机制、影响因素等，对从优化产权结构的角度出发，来推动产业结构的优化，具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本文从研究产业结构与产权结构的协同状况出发，综合运用分工发展理论、交易费用理论、协同理论等经济学中的研究成果，采取理论分析与现实分析相结合，定量与定性分析相结合等研究方法，对我国产业结构与产权结构的现状进行了研究，得到我国产业结构与产权结构是低协同的结论，并指出导致低协同现状的主要原因是传统产权制度与环境导致产业结构不合理，产业结构发展不协调影响产权结构的优化进程。 全文围绕选题，分三个部分展开论述。 第一部分理论研究部分。从产权理论的内涵出发对产权结构进行了理论阐述。这一部分主要探讨了了产权的涵义、起源和功能，并在此基础上深入研究了产权结构，对产权结构进行了界定，讨论了影响产权结构的因素，对产权结构的优化进行了探讨。 第二部分现状分析部分。首先从历史角度分析产业结构与产权结构的优化在演进过程中密切相关，从分工发展的角度分析产业结构与产权结构的互动作用。然后使用子系统有序度模型与协同度模型对我国产业结构与产权结构的协同现状进行定量分析，得到低协同的结论。在此基础上，结合理论分析，对低协同的原因进行了讨论。 第三部分对策研究部分。在前面理论研究、现状分析的基础上，从优化产权结构来推动产业结构优化的角度提出了对策建议，包括政府扶持、引导，完善产权交易法律制度，加强产权交易市场建设，培育良好资本市场环境等。
[Abstract]:The property right structure is one of the important factors that influence the industrial structure. The industrial structure interacts with the optimization of the property right structure in the process of optimization. Whether the property right structure is reasonable or not directly affects the optimization process of the industrial structure. Therefore, the comprehensive understanding of the property right theory, the property right structure and its characteristics, the evolution mechanism, the influence factors and so on, proceed from the point of view of optimizing the property right structure. To promote the optimization of industrial structure, has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the study of the coordination between industrial structure and property right structure, this paper applies the theory of division of labor, the theory of transaction cost, the theory of synergy, and so on, to combine the theoretical analysis with the practical analysis, and makes use of the combination of theoretical analysis and practical analysis. Combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, this paper studies the present situation of industrial structure and property right structure in China, and draws the conclusion that the industrial structure and property right structure in China are low synergetic. It is pointed out that the main reason of low synergy is that the traditional property right system and environment lead to unreasonable industrial structure, and the development of industrial structure does not coordinate the process of optimizing property right structure. Starting from the connotation of property right theory, this paper expounds the structure of property right. This part mainly discusses the meaning, origin and function of the property right, and on this basis, deeply studies the property right structure, defines the property right structure, discusses the factors affecting the property right structure, and probes into the optimization of the property right structure. The second part is the analysis of the status quo. Firstly, from the historical point of view, the optimization of industrial structure and property structure is closely related to the evolution process, and the interaction between industrial structure and property structure is analyzed from the perspective of division of labor. Then, the coordination status of industrial structure and property right structure in China is quantitatively analyzed by using the order degree model and coordination degree model of subsystems, and the conclusion of low synergy is obtained. On this basis, combined with the theoretical analysis, the causes of low synergy are discussed. The third part is the countermeasure research part. On the basis of the previous theoretical research and current situation analysis, from the angle of optimizing the property right structure to promote the optimization of the industrial structure, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, including government support, guidance, perfection of the legal system of property right transaction, and strengthening the construction of the property right transaction market. Cultivate a good capital market environment and so on.
