技术创新社会动因的经济分析

【摘要】：随着科学技术的发展与应用,使得技术创新已经成为企业生存和发展的重要条件。同时有关技术创新动力机制的研究,也成为经济管理领域所关注的重要课题。本文以新近出现了构建创新社会的观念为基础,重点围绕技术创新的外源动力,即社会环境动因展开经济分析,以求推进人们对技术创新动力机制的深入认识。本文的主要研究内容: 第一章介绍了技术创新的概念、本质、特点和意义,并介绍、分析了目前学术界关于技术创新动力的理论研究状况及不足,提出了论文的研究内容。第二章分析了市场环境、产业周期运动对企业技术创新活动的影响。重点就产业的周期性变化对技术创新的影响展开的全面的分析,从而深化了对市场、产业周期运动对技术创新影响的认识。第三章科学技术环境对技术创新的影响。分析了技术创新科技环境的构成要素;对各个要素对技术创新的影响展开了分析;对构建技术创新的科技环境及对策展开了研究。第四章技术创新风险对技术创新的影响。分析了技术创新风险产生的原因,探讨了技术风险的本质,影响技术创新风险的因素和技术创新风险的识别等。第五章针对各国实施的技术创新政策,分析其对技术创新的影响,并就政策干预对市场机制正常运行的影响进行分析。在此基础上提出了相关的政策实施原则。论文主要有以下创新点: (1)探讨了技术创新的本质,利用西方经济理论对技术创新的经济贡献进行了分析。 (2)分析了市场结构对技术创新的影响,在引入产业生命周期理论的基础上,对企业规模与投资的“U”形关系,给予了理论解释,并提出了适合技术创新的市场构架。 (3)分析了基础研究与技术创新的关系,构建了技术创新项目选择方法;技术创新能力评价方法。 (4)分析了技术创新风险的实质,建立了新的技术创新风险识别方法。 (5)利用西方微观经济理论、技术经济理论,对各类政策对技术创新产生影响的机理展开了分析。指出了这些政策所具有的二重性,并对政策手段的使用提出了基本原则。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of science and technology, technological innovation has become an important condition for the survival and development of enterprises. At the same time, the research on the dynamic mechanism of technological innovation has also become an important issue in the field of economic management. Based on the new concept of constructing an innovative society, this paper focuses on the economic analysis of the external motive force of technological innovation, that is, the social environmental motivation, in order to promote people's in-depth understanding of the dynamic mechanism of technological innovation. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter introduces the concept, essence, characteristics and significance of technological innovation, and introduces and analyzes the current theoretical research status and deficiency of the motivation of technological innovation in academia. The research contents of this paper are put forward. The second chapter analyzes the influence of market environment and industrial cycle movement on the technological innovation activities of enterprises. This paper focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the influence of the periodic changes of the industry on technological innovation, thus deepening the understanding of the market and the influence of the industrial cycle movement on the technological innovation. The third chapter is about the influence of science and technology environment on technological innovation. This paper analyzes the constituent elements of technological environment of technological innovation, analyzes the influence of each factor on technological innovation, and studies the construction of scientific and technological environment of technological innovation and its countermeasures. The fourth chapter is the influence of technological innovation risk on technological innovation. This paper analyzes the causes of technological innovation risk, and probes into the essence of technological risk, the factors influencing technological innovation risk and the identification of technological innovation risk. In the fifth chapter, we analyze the influence of policy intervention on the normal operation of market mechanism according to the technological innovation policies implemented by various countries, and analyze the influence of the policy intervention on the technical innovation and the normal operation of the market mechanism. On this basis, the relevant policy implementation principles are put forward. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) the essence of technological innovation is discussed, and the contribution of technological innovation is analyzed by using western economic theory. (2) the influence of market structure on technological innovation is analyzed. On the basis of introducing the theory of industrial life cycle, the "U"-shaped relationship between enterprise scale and investment is explained theoretically, and the market framework suitable for technological innovation is put forward. (3) the relationship between basic research and technological innovation is analyzed, and the selection method of technological innovation project and the evaluation method of technological innovation ability are constructed. (4) the essence of technological innovation risk is analyzed, and a new method of identifying technological innovation risk is established. (5) based on the western microeconomic theory and the techno-economic theory, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of various policies on technological innovation. The dual nature of these policies is pointed out, and the basic principles for the use of policy instruments are put forward.
