【摘要】:港口是国家之间、城市之间重要的交通枢纽。基本上在现代经济当中,港口作业的兴与衰明显体现了经济运行的轨迹和特征。港口行业现在发展的较为成熟,目前区域差别越来越大。有不少专业学者为对港口经济进行专业研究,本文尝试着从国内港口行业区域成长差异中寻找最近这两年的低洼价值存在区域。 本文先简单回顾了全球贸易下滑,港口行业这两年的表现较为平淡,但是可以从全球各大港口的集装箱吞吐量来看,增速两极分化较为明显,东南亚港口集装箱增速明显要好于北美和欧洲港口。从行业竞争格局来看未来港口行业的核心竞争力是突出体现港口的分工和差异化。然后借助全球形势重点研究了我国港口行业这两年的情况,总的来看经济放缓态势制约货物吞吐量增长,港口行业吞吐量增速整体回落但是特殊在煤炭进口量大增推动外贸吞吐量增长。从各区域的货物吞吐量增速来看,受到中国经济转型和国内产业转移的影响,沿海三大港区的货物吞吐量出现增速分化明显的特征。通过分别剖析了国内各个区域港口的特点,发现成长型与成熟型港口集装箱化率差距明显,上升空间较大。最后本后重点介绍了我国的几个成长型港口,珠三角、长三角进入强港时代,环渤海、北部湾地区步入大港时代,并进行盈利预测,得出投资价值结论。 本文综合运用对比法,逻辑法,举例法等分析方法。对比分析法运用较多,比如全球各个区域港口情况对比,国内各个区域港口情况对比,成长型与成熟型港口对比等;根据逻辑法形成了文章的整体思路,即先从全国各个港口的表现分析出成长型港口,再在成长型港口中分析出本文重点关注的港口,指出其具有成长价值,然后盈利估值,从上至下,层层分析,逐步得出结论,这也是本文的创新之处。
[Abstract]:Ports are important transportation hubs between countries and cities.In the modern economy, the rise and fall of port operation clearly reflect the track and characteristics of economic operation.Port industry is now more mature development, the current regional differences are increasing.In order to study port economy, this paper tries to find the low-lying value region in the last two years from the regional growth difference of domestic port industry.This paper first briefly reviews the decline in global trade. The port industry has been relatively flat in the past two years, but from the point of view of the container throughput of the world's major ports, the growth rate is more polarized.Container growth in Southeast Asian ports is significantly better than in North America and Europe.The core competitiveness of the future port industry is to embody the division of labor and differentiation of the port.Then, with the help of the global situation, it focuses on the situation of China's port industry in the past two years. Generally speaking, the economic slowdown has restricted the growth of cargo throughput.Port industry throughput growth overall fell but especially in coal imports to promote foreign trade throughput growth.From the point of view of the growth rate of goods throughput in various regions, due to the impact of China's economic transformation and domestic industrial transfer, the cargo throughput of the three coastal port areas is marked by the differentiation of the growth rate.By analyzing the characteristics of the ports in different regions of China, it is found that the difference between the containerization rate of the growing port and the mature port is obvious, and the rising space is large.Finally, this paper introduces several growing ports, Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta into the era of strong port, the Bohai Sea, Beibu Gulf region into the era of big port, and the profit forecast, draw the conclusion of investment value.This article synthetically uses the contrast method, the logic method, the example method and so on analysis method.The comparative analysis method is widely used, such as the comparison of port situation in various regions of the world, the contrast of port situation in various regions of China, the contrast between growth-type port and mature port, etc. According to the logic method, the overall thinking of the article has been formed.That is to say, the growth port is analyzed from the performance of each port in the whole country, and then the port which this article focuses on in the growing port is analyzed, and it is pointed out that it has the growth value, then the profit valuation, from top to bottom, layer by layer analysis, draw the conclusion step by step.This is also the innovation of this paper.
