北京地铁基层员工培训研究

【摘要】:近年来,北京交通拥堵已经成为一个突出的问题,城市轨道交通作为公共交通保障体系的一部分发挥着越来越重要的作用,特别是在市政府大力发展轨道交通的背景下,北京地铁迎来了跨越式发展。 北京地铁承担着北京市轨道交通的运营任务,是首都公共交通保障的重要企业。随着运营线路的不断增长,企业员工队伍逐年大幅度增加,基层一线员工的比例增长明显。基层员工直接承担着一线具体的运营生产任务,其业务水平及工作能力决定了地铁能否正常的运行,员工的培训工作已经成为企业的战略性工作。北京地铁为国有公益型企业,具有专业多、分布广、标准高、联动快的特点,企业基层员工的培训需要一套系统、科学、全面的培训体系,重点在需求分析、方案设计、方案执行、效果评价等方面适应北京地铁基层员工的实际,通过明确目标、内外结合、专业分类、拓宽渠道、晋升引导、典型激励等方法,将员工培训成为胜任本职岗位、忠于企业使命、实现自我价值的新型员工 本文主要以北京地铁为研究对象,在国内外企业员工培训研究和实践的基础上,首先介绍了地铁企业员工培训的重要意义,明确了企业基层员工的概念,继而介绍了国内外企业员工培训的主要基论及实践,对北京地铁员工培训现状进行了分析,提出了主义存在的弊端和不足,并结合企业竹理实践,分析了北京地铁基层员工培训的特点,同时借鉴国内外不同城市轨道交通企业员工培训的经验和作法,最后立足于培训的系统模型,运用培训理论,从培训需求分析、培训目标设置、培训计划制定、培训计划实施、培训效果评估等几个方面提出适合北京地铁实际的基层员工培训体系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, traffic congestion in Beijing has become a prominent problem, urban rail transit as a part of the public transport security system plays a more and more important role, especially in the context of the municipal government to vigorously develop rail transit. The Beijing subway has ushered in a leapfrog development. Beijing Subway is an important enterprise of public transportation in the capital, which is responsible for the operation of Beijing rail transit. With the continuous growth of operational lines, the number of employees in enterprises increases significantly year by year, and the proportion of grass-roots front-line employees increases significantly. Grass-roots employees are directly responsible for the first line of specific operation and production tasks, its business level and working ability determine whether the subway can operate normally, and employee training has become the strategic work of the enterprise. Beijing Metro is a state-owned public welfare enterprise, with the characteristics of many specialties, wide distribution, high standard and quick linkage. The training of grass-roots employees of enterprises needs a systematic, scientific and comprehensive training system, with emphasis on demand analysis and scheme design. Plan implementation, effect evaluation and other aspects to adapt to the Beijing subway grass-roots staff reality, through a clear goal, combination of internal and external, professional classification, widening channels, promotion guidance, typical incentives and other methods, staff training to become competent for the post, Based on the research and practice of employee training at home and abroad, this paper introduces the significance of employee training in metro enterprise. This paper clarifies the concept of grass-roots employees in enterprises, then introduces the main bases and practices of employee training at home and abroad, analyzes the present situation of training of employees in Beijing subway, points out the drawbacks and shortcomings of the doctrine, and combines with the practice of bamboo theory in enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the training of basic level staff in Beijing subway, and at the same time, draws lessons from the experience and practice of training in different urban rail transit enterprises at home and abroad. Finally, based on the systematic model of training, using the training theory, the paper analyzes the training demand from the point of view of training demand. Training target setting, training plan formulation, training plan implementation, training effect evaluation, etc., and so on, put forward the training system of basic level staff suitable for Beijing Metro.
