杂货船配载图自动实现研究

【摘要】:杂货船是一种历史悠久,有着极其广泛应用的船种。有关数据表明,无论是杂货船的数量还是总吨位,都位于众多类型船舶前列。由于杂货船的大小、结构、运输价格等方面的优势,杂货运输仍然具有远大的市场。 随着微机技术的迅猛发展和SOLAS公约的强制执行,越来越多的船舶已经配备了专用的船用配载仪。由于杂货船一个航次运输货物种类较多,故杂货船配载方式的确定以及有关营运的性能指标的核算是一项庞大而复杂的组织工作。配载图是一种能够直观反映当前杂货船配载方式的媒介,因此杂货船配载的绘制工作显得尤为重要。 论文着重介绍了一款针对杂货船配载图自动实现系统,通过鼠标绘制配载方式,键盘录入货物信息。后台根据当前绘制线条的位置和起始坐标等参数,实现杂货船装载的自动识别。在配载图上,按照每票货物的体积,成比例的输出各票货物在配载图上的闭合区域,并将货物信息显示在对应的区域内。得出有关船舶载重量、稳性、纵向强度、吃水差等有关装载状态的数据,并自动生成符合国际惯例和船员使用习惯的配载图。为今后有关杂货船配载图开发的相关程序得出了一些应用性的借鉴要点。
[Abstract]:General cargo ship is a kind of ship which has a long history and is widely used. The data show that both the number of cargo vessels and the gross tonnage are in the forefront of many types of ships. Because of the advantages of the size, structure and transportation price of the general cargo ship, the general cargo transportation still has a big market. With the rapid development of microcomputer technology and the enforcement of SOLAS Convention, more and more ships have been equipped with special ship stowage instruments. Because there are many kinds of cargo in one voyage, it is a huge and complicated organization to determine the stowage mode of the general cargo ship and to calculate the performance indexes related to the operation. The stowage diagram is a kind of medium which can directly reflect the current stowage mode of the general cargo ship, so it is very important to draw the stowage of the cargo ship. This paper mainly introduces a system to realize the loading chart of the general cargo ship automatically. Through the mouse drawing stowage mode, the keyboard inputting the cargo information. Based on the parameters of position and starting coordinate of drawing line, automatic identification of the loading of general cargo ship is realized. On the stowage chart, according to the volume of each ticket cargo, the closed area of each ticket cargo on the stowage chart is exported in proportion, and the cargo information is displayed in the corresponding area. Data on loading status of ships such as load, stability, longitudinal strength, draught difference, etc., are obtained, and stowage charts which conform to international practice and use habits of crew are automatically generated. Some applicable key points are obtained for the related procedures of the development of the stowage chart of the general cargo ship in the future.
