老挝公路发展对策研究

【摘要】：在现代化快速发展的今天,各个国家都十分重视该国的现代综合交通运输体系的发展。其中,具备着诸如快速的行车速度、较大的通行能力、低廉的运输成本等优势的公路交通,成为了目前各个国家最为普及、广泛的运输形式。长期以来,老挝政府一直致力于将落后农业国家转变为现代化的工业国家,从而减少国内民众的贫困率。随着东盟自贸区的不断扩展以及经济全球化风暴的猛烈来袭,老挝的经济产业面临着快速的发展。为了加大与东南亚邻国的经济交流与沟通,促进经济发展,老挝政府提出“陆联国”的发展理念,将作为内陆封闭的老挝打造成为一个沟通邻国的交通中枢国家,并且将公路建设放在国家发展建设的首位,进一步加快老挝国内公路建设的发展进程。本文通过研究老挝公路发展与老挝经济发展的适应性,借鉴中国公路建设发展经验,找准老挝公路建设发展所处的位置,研究老挝各区域公路发展差异性,集中资源发展关键区域,对老挝公路建设发展具有重要意义。通过研究提出公路建设发展对策,为老挝交通事业的发展提供理论指导和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modernization, every country attaches great importance to the development of modern integrated transportation system. Among them, highway traffic with advantages such as fast driving speed, large capacity and low transportation cost has become the most popular and extensive transportation form in various countries. The Lao government has long sought to reduce poverty among its citizens by turning backward agricultural countries into modern industrial ones. With the continuous expansion of the ASEAN Free Trade area and the fierce attack of the economic globalization storm, the economic industry of Laos is facing rapid development. In order to increase economic exchanges and communication with neighboring Southeast Asian countries and promote economic development, the Lao government has put forward the development concept of "the United States of America", which will become a communications hub for neighboring countries as Laos is landlocked and closed. And put the highway construction first in the national development construction, further speeds up the Laos domestic highway construction development process. This paper studies the adaptability of Laos highway development and Lao economic development, draws lessons from the experience of Chinese highway construction development, finds out the position of Laos highway construction development, and studies the differences of highway development in various regions of Laos. Concentrating resources to develop key areas is of great significance to the development of Laos highway construction. Through the research and put forward the highway construction development countermeasure, provides the theory instruction and the suggestion for the Laos transportation enterprise development.
