烟台港港口物流竞争力提升研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济全球化的发展，国际间贸易日益频繁。作为主要的货运通道，港口的战略地位日益突出，并成为各国参与国际竞争的重要依托。当前，国内外港口都纷纷加快对港口物流的规划和建设。作为全国首批沿海开放城市，，烟台地理位置优越，经济基础雄厚，“以港兴市”战略成果显著，但随着环渤海港口群的兴起，烟台港的优势逐步丧失，发展面临着严峻的挑战。因此，对于烟台港而言，如何在激烈的竞争中找准目标，明确定位，突出特色，建设具有国际竞争力的港口，是烟台市面临的一个重大的课题。论文在回顾国内外港口物流理论和实践研究的基础上，提出了港口物流的基本定义、主要功能及发展趋势，为制定烟台港港口发展的长远规划提供了理论依据。结合对烟台港外部环境的PEST分析和内部条件分析，指出了烟台港港口物流产业面临的四大机遇与三个威胁、本身具有的四大优势与四个劣势。结合国内外港口发展的成功模式，采用SWOT矩阵，制定出了烟台港港口物流发展的四大发展战略：港腹联动战略、港城一体化战略、差异化竞争战略、产业集聚战略，以发挥优势，把握机遇，应对行业竞争。最后，围绕烟台港港口物流发展战略的实施，提出了科学发展规划、拓展经济腹地、推进港区联动、实施港城联动、发展临港产业、打造服务品牌、参与港口联盟、推进信息化建设、实施人才战略九大竞争力提升具体措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, international trade is becoming more and more frequent. As the main freight channel, the strategic position of port has become increasingly prominent, and has become an important support for countries to participate in international competition. At present, domestic and foreign ports are speeding up the planning and construction of port logistics. As the first coastal open city in China, Yantai has a superior geographical position and a strong economic base. The strategic achievement of "developing city by port" is remarkable, but with the rise of port group around Bohai Sea, the advantage of Yantai port is gradually lost, and the development of Yantai port is faced with severe challenges. Therefore, for Yantai Port, how to find the right target in the fierce competition, clearly position, highlight the characteristics, and build a port with international competitiveness, is a major issue facing Yantai City. On the basis of reviewing the theory and practice of port logistics at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the basic definition, main functions and development trend of port logistics, which provides a theoretical basis for making long-term planning for the port development of Yantai Port. Combined with pest analysis and internal condition analysis of the external environment of Yantai Port, the paper points out four opportunities and three threats, four advantages and four disadvantages faced by the port logistics industry in Yantai Port. Combined with the successful mode of port development at home and abroad, four development strategies of port logistics development of Yantai Port are worked out by using SWOT matrix: the strategy of port abdominal linkage, the strategy of integration of port and city, the strategy of differentiated competition, and the strategy of industrial agglomeration. In order to give play to the advantages, seize the opportunity to cope with industry competition. Finally, focusing on the implementation of the port logistics development strategy of Yantai Port, this paper puts forward a scientific development plan, expanding the economic hinterland, promoting the linkage of Hong Kong and city, developing port industry, creating service brand and participating in the port alliance.
