游客对湖南省森林植物园植物景观满意度的测评研究

【摘要】：植物园作为城市绿地系统的重要组成部分,起着举足轻重的作用。植物景观有改善自然环境,创造良好的视觉感知,增加环境的观赏性,形成丰富的造景效果,为人们提供遮阴、活动场所和服务空间等作用。且现在进入新世纪,“人”的权益和需求曰益凸显,人们各种体验的满意度理应受到更多关注。本研究采用美国顾客满意度(ACSI)理论及模型,结合植物园的属性及植物园植物景观特点和游客的属性,对湖南省森林植物园游客植物景观满意度进行研究分析。构建了湖南省森林植物园游客植物景观满意度测评模型,把游客对植物园植物景观满意度昀各种感知影响因素分为出游收益、生态感知、美学感知、社会感知4大部分,同时加入游客满意度、积极效应作为结果变量。其次,基于植物园植物景观特性和植物园游客植物景观满意度模型,建立了植物园游客植物景观满意度3级测评体系,并运用模糊综合评判对体系进行评估；最后,以湖南省森林植物园为例对测评体系进行验证。数据通过SPSS19.0软件分析,表明游客来源在地区、年龄、受教育程度、职业、收入等方面呈现多样性。游客对植物景观的满意度与游客的性别、来源省份、受教育程度及月收入水平相关。女性游客、受教育程度较高的、收入比较高的以及外省的对植物景观的要求比较高,对植物景观的满意度偏低。对指标的测量数据进行因子分析法处理,得到项目层因子积极效应、游客满意度、社会感知、出游收益、美学感知、生态感知的因子权重值分别为0.22、0.18、0.17、0.15、0.15、0.13。对问卷数据模糊综合评判得出游客出游收益、生态感知、美学感知、社会感知、总体满意度、积极效应的模糊数分别为3.73、3.24、3.36、3.72、3.5、3.52。植物园游客植物景观满意度的模糊数P为,3.45。游客对湖南省森植物园植物景观满意度的模糊综合评价结果为满意。
[Abstract]:As an important part of urban green space system, botanical garden plays an important role. Plant landscape can improve the natural environment, create good visual perception, increase the appreciation of the environment, and form rich landscape effects. For people to provide shade, venues and service space and so on. And now entering the new century, "human" rights and interests and demand is becoming increasingly prominent. More attention should be paid to the satisfaction of people's experiences. This study adopts the theory and model of American customer satisfaction (ACSI), combining the properties of botanical gardens, plant landscape characteristics of botanical gardens and attributes of tourists. The plant landscape satisfaction of tourists in Hunan Forest Botanical Garden was studied and analyzed. The evaluation model of plant landscape satisfaction of tourists in Hunan Forest Botanical Garden was established. The tourists' satisfaction with botanical garden plant landscape is divided into four parts: tourism income, ecological perception, aesthetic perception, social perception, and at the same time, they are added to the satisfaction degree of tourists. The positive effect is regarded as the result variable. Secondly, based on the plant landscape characteristics of botanical garden and the plant landscape satisfaction model of botanical garden visitors, a three-level evaluation system for plant landscape satisfaction of botanical garden tourists is established. The system is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, take Hunan Forest Botanical Garden as an example to verify the evaluation system. The data is analyzed by SPSS19.0 software, which shows that the tourists come from the region, age, education level, occupation. Income and other aspects of diversity. Visitors to the plant landscape satisfaction with the tourist gender, the origin of provinces, education and monthly income level. Female tourists, the higher the education level. Higher income and higher demand for plant landscape, the satisfaction of plant landscape is low. The measurement data of indicators are processed by factor analysis, and the positive effects of project layer factors are obtained. The factor weights of tourist satisfaction, social perception, travel income, aesthetic perception and ecological perception were 0.22 / 0.180.17 / 0.150.15 / 0, respectively. 0.13. the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the questionnaire data shows that the fuzzy number of tourists' travel income, ecological perception, aesthetic perception, social perception, overall satisfaction degree and positive effect are 3.73 / 3.24 respectively. 3.36, 3.72, 3.5, 3.52.The fuzzy number of plant landscape satisfaction of tourists in Botanical Garden is P. 3.45. The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the plant landscape satisfaction of Sen Botanical Garden in Hunan Province is satisfactory.
