冰雪旅游景区游客安全管理体系构建研究

【摘要】：冰雪旅游作为一项体验性极强的旅游项目，已逐渐成为我国冬季旅游的热点项目。与此同时，冰雪旅游极具刺激性，，其安全与否直接关系到冰雪旅游能否持续发展。旅游者作为旅游活动的主体对旅游安全的需求更是不容忽视。因此，全面深入的分析冰雪旅游景区的安全问题既是对旅游者负责，也是冰雪旅游业实现可持续发展的必然要求。本研究通过内容分析法对往年冰雪旅游安全事件案例进行分析归纳，总结冰雪旅游安全事件的表现形态及特点，并对冰雪旅游景区游客安全影响因素进行评价分析，从人为因素、物质因素、环境因素以及管理因素等4个方面选取30项指标，构成了冰雪旅游景区游客安全影响因素评价指标体系。采用AHP和专家打分法，明确了影响游客安全的主次因素，其中管理因素权重值最高，其次是人为因素，环境因素影响程度最低。根据冰雪旅游景区游客安全管理体系构建的原则，本研究针对“人、物、环境、管理”分别从安全教育培训机制、安全检查管控机制、安全预警监测机制以及安全管理保障机制等四个方面构建了冰雪旅游景区游客安全管理体系。以棋盘山冰雪大世界为例，将冰雪旅游景区游客安全管理体系运用到实践中，基于游客安全感知对景区进行安全现状分析，运用excel以及spss17.0进行数据分析，通过对从业人员的调查以及笔者实地考察发现其景区存在的安全问题，根据其安全隐患提出几点建议。本研究力求在一定程度上丰富我国对冰雪旅游安全管理的相关理论研究，同时为冰雪旅游景区的安全管理提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Ice and snow tourism as a strong experience of tourism projects, has gradually become a hot spot of winter tourism in China, at the same time, snow and ice tourism is extremely stimulating. Its safety or not is directly related to the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism. As the main body of tourism activities, tourists' demand for tourism security should not be ignored. It is not only the responsibility to tourists, but also the inevitable requirement to realize the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism. This study through the content analysis of ice and snow tourism safety events in previous years to analyze and summarize the ice and snow tourism safety events form and characteristics. In addition, the factors affecting the safety of tourists in ice and snow scenic spots were evaluated and analyzed, and 30 indexes were selected from human factors, material factors, environmental factors and management factors. Using AHP and expert scoring method, the main and secondary factors affecting the security of tourists are defined, among which the weight of management factors is the highest. Secondly is the human factor, the environmental factor influence degree is the lowest. According to the principles of the construction of the safety management system of the ice and snow scenic spots, this study aims at "people, things, environment, management" from the safety education and training mechanism, safety inspection and control mechanism. The security early warning monitoring mechanism and safety management guarantee mechanism are four aspects of the security management system of ice and snow tourist attractions. Take Qipanshan Ice and Snow World as an example. Apply the ice and snow scenic spot tourist safety management system to the practice, based on the tourist safety perception to the scenic area security status analysis, use excel and spss17.0 to carry on the data analysis. Through the investigation of the practitioners and the author's on-the-spot investigation, the author finds out the safety problems existing in the scenic spots, and puts forward some suggestions according to the hidden safety problems of the scenic spots. To some extent, this study aims to enrich the theoretical research on ice and snow tourism safety management in China, and at the same time provide reference and reference for ice and snow tourism scenic area safety management.
