中澳高职旅游教育校企合作模式比较研究

【摘要】:随着中国旅游业的快速发展,对旅游人才的需求也日益增加。旅游业的服务性行业特性使其对实践型、技能型人才的需求更为迫切。高职旅游院校侧重于培养应用型旅游人才,与本科旅游院校相比,更注重培养学生的实践能力与实际工作能力。为了给学生提供更多的实践机会,中国的高职旅游院校开始谋求与酒店、旅游景区、旅行社等旅游企业开展合作,探索校企合作的人才培养新模式,校企合作也逐渐成为高职旅游院校顺应市场需求的人才培养模式的新选择。 通过对中澳两国高职旅游教育校企合作模式的比较发现,,中国高职旅游教育校企合作处于初级发展阶段,双方的合作仅限于实训教学与实习等少部分教学活动,在合作的深度、广度以及合作的周期等领域都存在诸多局限。比较而言,澳大利亚高职旅游教育自开办之日起就注重旅游院校与旅游企业的合作,政府和旅游协会在推动校企合作的实施和开展过程中扮演了重要角色。澳大利亚高职旅游教育在校企合作过程中注重对学生能力的培养,合作方式灵活多样。中国与澳大利亚高职旅游教育校企合作在课程设置、师资力量、实训基地、评估与认证机制、法律法规、资格认证机制等许多方面存在差异。这些差异的存在是由两国的教育理念、对旅游管理专业的认知、旅游产业的发展阶段、学历认证机制等原因造成的。同时,澳大利亚在校企合作的过程中也存在着一些问题。有鉴于此,中国不能一味的追随国外校企合作模式,要有针对性的学习与借鉴澳大利亚高职旅游教育校企合作经验,根据中国旅游教育与经济发展状况调整现有的校企合作人才培养模式:成立校企合作组织机构,建设“双师型”教师队伍,明确人才培养目标、加强校企合作法律法规的建设、加强校企合作实习期间的管理,并努力发掘出适合中国国情的校企合作新方式,以此来促进中国高职旅游教育的发展,从而为中国旅游产业培养出更多优秀的旅游专业人才。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's tourism industry, the demand for tourism talents is also increasing day by day. The demand of skilled talents is more urgent. Higher vocational tourism colleges focus on the cultivation of applied tourism talents, compared with undergraduate tourism colleges. In order to provide more practical opportunities for students, higher vocational tourism colleges in China began to seek cooperation with tourism enterprises such as hotels, tourist attractions, travel agencies and so on. This paper explores the new mode of talents training in the cooperation of colleges and enterprises, and the cooperation between schools and enterprises has gradually become the new choice of talents training mode for higher vocational tourism colleges to meet the needs of the market. Through the comparison of the cooperation mode between Chinese and Australian higher vocational tourism colleges and enterprises, it is found that the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in China is in the primary stage of development. The cooperation between the two sides is limited to a small number of teaching activities, such as practical teaching and practice, and there are many limitations in the fields of depth, breadth and cycle of cooperation. Australian higher vocational tourism education has paid attention to the cooperation between tourism colleges and tourism enterprises since its inception. The government and tourism association play an important role in promoting the implementation and development of school-enterprise cooperation. Higher vocational tourism education in Australia pays attention to the cultivation of students' ability in the process of school-enterprise cooperation. Cooperation mode is flexible and diverse. China and Australia higher vocational tourism education cooperation in the curriculum, teachers, training base, evaluation and certification mechanism, laws and regulations. The existence of these differences is caused by the educational concept of the two countries, the cognition of tourism management specialty, the development stage of tourism industry, the certification mechanism of academic qualifications, etc. At the same time. There are also some problems in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises in Australia. In view of this, China cannot blindly follow the mode of cooperation between foreign schools and enterprises. It is necessary to study and learn from the experiences of tourism cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education in Australia, and adjust the existing cooperative talents training model according to the situation of tourism education and economic development in China: to set up a cooperative organization of schools and enterprises. We should build a "double-qualified" teaching team, clarify the goal of talent training, strengthen the construction of laws and regulations for cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthen the management during the period of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and strive to find out new ways of cooperation between schools and enterprises that are suitable for China's national conditions. In order to promote the development of higher vocational tourism education in China, so as to train more excellent tourism professionals for China's tourism industry.
