【摘要】:采用分光测色仪、差式扫描量热仪和傅立叶红外光谱仪研究碱催化原位复合纳米级SiO_2-丙烯酸酯无机/有机复合材料的颜色、分解温度、分子结构以及耐老化性能等变化,利用扫描电子显微镜考察复合材料无机相和有机相的分散状况;测试将复合材料用于陶质文物样品的抗压强度、透气性、孔分布和微观形貌等加固保护性能。研究结果表明,加入5%~10%正硅酸乙酯材料的复合材料成膜透明,提高原有材料的热稳定性和耐光老化性能,水解缩合形成的纳米级SiO_2分布于丙烯酸材料内部,有机材料包覆无机纳米颗粒;复合材料的加入提高了陶质文物样品的力学性能,同时又不堵塞陶胎内部孔隙,使其具有良好的透气性能。
[Abstract]:Spectrophotometer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to study the color and decomposition temperature of in-situ composite nano-sio _ 2-acrylate inorganic / organic composites catalyzed by alkali. The dispersion of inorganic and organic phases of composites was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The composite material was used to test the compressive strength, permeability, pore distribution and micromorphology of ceramic cultural relics. The composite material with 10% tetraethyl orthosilicate added into the composite film is transparent, the thermal stability and photoaging resistance of the original material are improved, and the nano-scale SiO_2 formed by hydrolysis and condensation is distributed in the acrylic material. Inorganic nanoparticles coated with organic materials; The addition of composite material improves the mechanical properties of ceramic cultural relics and does not block the inner pores of the ceramic tire, which makes it have good permeability.
