川西古镇旅游服务设施评价体系研究

【摘要】：在古镇的旅游规划和建设过程中,旅游服务设施是非常重要的物质要素,它为游客提供食、住、行、游、购、娱等各类服务,满足游客方方面面的需求。随着社会经济的发展,旅游成为了人们一种重要的休闲方式,古镇旅游更是受到人们的青睐。本论文是在国家西部大开发,成渝经济区等发展背景下对川西古镇旅游服务设施进行评价,在国内外的研究中,对旅游服务设施的研究并不是很多,而对古镇旅游服务设施的研究更是少之又少。本论文首先对川西古镇旅游服务设施研究发展进行了介绍,确定古镇旅游服务设施的内涵,在此基础上,探讨了古镇旅游服务设施的分类,即餐饮设施、住宿设施、游览设施、娱乐设施、购物设施、交通设施和其它类设施。其次论文把评价分为两个大的部分：川西古镇旅游服务设施配置比例的确定、川西古镇旅游服务设施性能评价体系的建立。论文通过对川西古镇旅游服务设施比例的统计,运用问卷调查的方法确定了适合于川西旅游古镇的服务设施比例。论文从人的基本需求和游客的旅游需求出发,在安全性、地域特色性、多样性等方面,建立川西古镇旅游服务设施性能的评价指标体系。同时,结合不同指标的特性提出了具体量化的方法和评价标准的等级。论文利用层次分析法对各指标的权重进行了确定,计算出各单项指标的权重和指标的总排序值。本文依据提出的评价体系,以洛带古镇旅游服务设施为例,进行分析和简单的评价,找出目前存在的问题,并提出了改善意见,为下一步的规划和管理建设提供依据。最后,关于川西古镇旅游服务设施评价指标体系的运用和进一步研究进行了简要的讨论。在指标体系的实际运用中,调查人员应随时检验评价指标的合理性,当评价指标适应性差时应作相应的调整,使得评价指标体系能够起到真正的作用,如果不假思索的套用评价体系,则达不到评价应有的效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of tourism planning and construction of ancient towns, tourism service facilities are very important material elements, it provides tourists with food, housing, travel, travel, shopping, entertainment and other services. With the development of social economy, tourism has become an important way of leisure, and ancient town tourism is favored by people. This paper is in the development of the western region of the country. Under the development background of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, this paper evaluates the tourism service facilities in the ancient towns of western Sichuan. In the domestic and foreign research, the research on the tourism service facilities is not many. But the research on the tourist service facilities of the ancient town is even less. This paper firstly introduces the research and development of tourism service facilities in western Sichuan, determines the connotation of tourism service facilities in ancient towns, and then discusses the classification of tourist service facilities in ancient towns, that is, catering facilities. Accommodation facilities, tourist facilities, entertainment facilities, shopping facilities, transport facilities and other types of facilities. Secondly, the paper divided the evaluation into two parts: the proportion of tourism service facilities in western Sichuan ancient towns. The establishment of performance evaluation system of tourist service facilities in western Sichuan. Based on the statistics of the proportion of tourist service facilities in the ancient towns of western Sichuan, the paper determines the proportion of the service facilities suitable for the ancient tourist towns in the west of Sichuan by using the method of questionnaire. Based on the basic needs of people and tourists' tourism needs, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of tourism service facilities performance in western Sichuan ancient towns in the aspects of security, regional characteristics, diversity and so on. Combined with the characteristics of different indicators, specific quantitative methods and evaluation criteria are proposed. The paper uses AHP to determine the weight of each index. Calculate the weight of each single index and the total ranking value of the index. Based on the proposed evaluation system, this paper takes the tourism service facilities of Luodai ancient town as an example, carries on the analysis and the simple evaluation, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. To provide the basis for the next planning and management construction. Finally, the use and further study of the evaluation index system of tourism service facilities in western Sichuan are briefly discussed. In the actual application of the index system, investigators should check the rationality of the evaluation index at any time. When the adaptability of the evaluation index is poor, the evaluation index system should be adjusted accordingly, so that the evaluation index system can play a real role. If the evaluation system is applied without thinking, the evaluation system will not be able to achieve the desired effect.
