延边朝鲜族自治州政府促进文化旅游发展研究

【摘要】：文化旅游是一个新兴产业。如何健康科学的实现文化资源的商业化,逐渐得到了学术界的关注。旅游产业已经逐渐发展成为延边朝鲜族自治州的支柱性产业。延边朝鲜族自治州具有她独特的文化——朝鲜族民族文化。延边州旅游业的持续发展离不开其自然风景,但更离不开其独特的文化资源。如何将其独特的民族文化融入到旅游业的发展成为了延边州发展旅游业的核心任务。州政府如何对文化旅游的发展进行正确的引导和监督决定着延边州旅游业发展的胜败。延边朝鲜族自治州政府非常重视其旅游的发展,决定把旅游产业发展为延边州的支柱型产业。在政府的引导下,延边州旅游行业的发展有了新的飞跃。但是,州政府对其文化旅游的发展上存在发展布局不到位、各项基础设施建设不健全等问题。这是因为州政府在对于文化旅游的发展上有监管不到位、缺位和越位现象并存所导致的。韩国的民族文化和延边州的民族文化有着极大的相似点,对韩国政府是如何对文化旅游的发展进行引导和监管进行借鉴,对于延边州文化旅游的发展具有重要意义。研究中发现,韩国政府对文化旅游的管理体制具有科学的系统性,而且在其发展上非常注重凸显其地方特色。尤其是对于文化节庆的发展经验对于延边州文化旅游的发展有着重要意义,分析后得出,延边州政府在发展其文化旅游时,应规范发展布局、完善管理体制、加强监管、打好地方品牌。而且对于其专业人才的培育也是关键所在。
[Abstract]:Cultural tourism is a new industry. How to realize the commercialization of cultural resources healthily and scientifically. The tourism industry has gradually developed into a pillar industry of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has her unique culture-Korean ethnic culture. Yanbian tourism. The sustainable development of the industry can not be separated from its natural scenery. However, it is more inseparable from its unique cultural resources. How to integrate its unique national culture into the development of tourism has become the core task of the development of tourism in Yanbian prefecture. Guidance and supervision determine the success or failure of tourism development in Yanbian Prefecture. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture government attaches great importance to its tourism development. Decided to develop the tourism industry into the pillar industry of Yanbian prefecture. Under the guidance of the government, the tourism industry of Yanbian Prefecture has made a new leap forward. The state government has some problems in the development of its cultural tourism, such as inadequate development layout, imperfect infrastructure construction, etc. This is because the state government has inadequate supervision on the development of cultural tourism. The national culture of South Korea and the national culture of Yanbian state have great similarities, so how to guide and supervise the development of cultural tourism by the Korean government. It is of great significance for the development of cultural tourism in Yanbian Prefecture. The study found that the management system of cultural tourism in South Korea is scientific and systematic. And in its development to highlight its local characteristics, especially for the development of cultural festivals experience for the development of cultural tourism in Yanbian Prefecture has an important significance, analysis of the results. In developing its cultural tourism, the Yanbian government should standardize the development layout, perfect the management system, strengthen the supervision and control, and play a good role in local brands, and it is also the key to the cultivation of its professional talents.
