河北省旅游投资环境区域差异研究

【摘要】：本文以研究河北省旅游投资环境区域差异为切入点，分析河北省11个城市在营造旅游投资环境中的差异、差距水平及各自优势和劣势，以便于各市营造更优旅游投资环境，吸引更多投资，，加快各市旅游业发展步伐，从而促进河北旅游业的协调、可持续发展。以单指标差异量度法的动态分析和可拓工程法的多指标静态综合评判两种方式对河北省旅游投资环境区域差异进行研究，针对研究结果提出河北省11个城市协调差异、优化旅游投资环境的对策。首先论述了研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容及方法，综述相关概念及相关理论，为研究提供理论及方法支持。然后对河北省旅游投资环境区域差异进行动态分析。应用单指标差异量度法对河北省旅游投资环境的区域差异进行总体状况分析，从总体上把握差异的趋势和量度，并从经济环境、基础设施环境、社会文化环境和旅游业内环境四个方面对旅游投资环境的构成要素进行动态分析。接下来运用可拓工程法对河北省旅游投资环境区域差异进行静态综合评判。通过从经济环境、基础设施环境、社会文化环境、旅游业内环境四大方面选取17项指标构建可拓物元模型，运用可拓集合理论计算得出河北省11个城市旅游投资环境的具体差异状况，即各自的优势、劣势，在河北省内的相对强弱等级及综合排序。最后针对河北省旅游投资环境区域差异的研究结果，从五大方面提出对策，分别为：区域差异的总体协调对策、经济环境的提升对策、基础设施环境的提升对策、社会文化环境的提升对策、旅游业内环境的提升对策。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the regional differences of tourism investment environment in Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the differences, gaps, strengths and weaknesses of 11 cities in Hebei Province in the construction of tourism investment environment. In order to facilitate cities to create a better tourism investment environment, attract more investment, speed up the pace of tourism development in each city, thereby promoting the coordination of Hebei tourism. Sustainable development. The regional difference of tourism investment environment in Hebei Province is studied by dynamic analysis of single index difference measure method and multi-index static comprehensive evaluation of extension engineering method. In view of the research results, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of coordinating the differences of 11 cities in Hebei Province and optimizing the tourism investment environment. First of all, the research background, significance, research status, research content and methods, related concepts and related theories are reviewed, which provides theoretical and methodological support for the research. Then the regional differences of the tourism investment environment in Hebei Province are analyzed dynamically, and the overall situation of the regional differences of the tourism investment environment in Hebei Province is analyzed by using the method of single index difference measurement. This paper grasps the trend and measurement of the difference in the whole, and analyzes the composing elements of the tourism investment environment from four aspects: economic environment, infrastructure environment, social and cultural environment and tourism environment. Then we use extension engineering method to evaluate the regional differences of tourism investment environment in Hebei Province. Through the economic environment, infrastructure environment, social and cultural environment. Four aspects of tourism environment selected 17 indicators to build extension matter-element model, using extension set theory to calculate the specific differences of tourism investment environment in 11 cities in Hebei Province, that is, their respective strengths and weaknesses. Relatively strong and weak grades and comprehensive ranking in Hebei Province. Finally, according to the research results of the regional differences of the tourism investment environment in Hebei Province, the countermeasures are put forward from five aspects: the overall coordination of regional differences, the promotion of the economic environment. The countermeasures of upgrading the infrastructure environment, the social and cultural environment, and the internal environment of the tourism industry.
