大学生乡村旅游期望构成及影响因素实证分析

【摘要】:作为众多旅游活动中一个子项的乡村旅游活动,在整个快速发展的旅游产业中起着重要的推动作用。发展乡村旅游既可以丰富大众文化生活,同时也能提高农民收入水平,防止随着工业经济发展带来的农业衰退。目前国内已有170多万家“农家乐”,10.6万个发展乡村旅游的重点村,全年接待旅游者将近10亿人次,旅游收入达到了2800多亿元,直接受惠的农民有3000多万人。大学生对我国乡村旅游来说是不容忽视的群体,全国在校大学生数量达到2468.1万人,庞大的数量基数为旅游业发展提供了一个丰富旅游客源。在校大学生有促使旅游活动发生必不可少的两大条件,即有较多空闲时间和一定的经济支付能力,并且大学生群体整体文化程度较高,极易对旅游活动产生兴趣。乡村旅游活动的花费不高而且旅游活动主要发生在所在大学的城市郊区范围内,一至两天就可以完成一次旅游活动,这就从时间和经济支付能力上与大学生所拥有的条件完美吻合。本论文主要对大学生乡村旅游期望构成影响因素进行实证研究,主要包括以下几个方面第一,在本文的研究中,通过查阅大量相关文献和资料,分析和总结已有的研究成果,并阐释了相关理论和概念,为全文的研究提供了有理有据的理论基础。第二,本文通过研究设计,主要介绍研究设计的模型、变量选取、问卷设计及调研情况。第三,是数据分析,通过对样本的描述性统计分析、因子分析、方差分析、验证并优化大学生乡村旅游期望构成影响因素模型,分析大学生乡村旅游期望从开始的被动搜集乡村旅游信息阶段到主动搜集和过滤阶段的整个形成过程中,阐述相关影响因子在某个特定阶段起到的作用,分析具有代表性的人口统计特征因素对于影响大学生旅游期望的13个因子差异性。最后,根据研究分析结果,得出若干结论:乡村旅游对大学生的来说总体印象是模糊的、碎片化、僵化的;大学生重视乡村旅游产品中的服务环节;对乡村旅游最大的期望就是自然生态的环境;在整个乡村旅游期望形成的过程中,主动收集阶段和过滤阶段是不断交互影响的;目前乡村旅游市场缺乏有知名度的旅游目的地;大学生希望乡村旅游活动内容更加多元化;时间和经济花费的个人限制因素对大学生选择旅游目的地的影响不大。针对结论,提出了地方政府和旅游目的地吸引大学生前来进行旅游活动,提高自身旅游发展水平的若干建议;推出的旅游产品时,要针对大学生对乡村旅游期望来设计乡村旅游产品;真正以市场需求为导向,联合开发促销;保持底色,突出特点优势,增强乡村旅游旅游资源的吸引力;完善乡村旅游目的地基础设施建设;重视对旅游服务人员的培训;完善政府职能,鼓励联合经营。借以增强乡村旅游在大学生群体中的影响力。
[Abstract]:As a sub-item of many tourism activities, rural tourism activities play an important role in the rapid development of the tourism industry. The development of rural tourism can not only enrich the mass cultural life. At the same time, it can also raise the level of farmers' income and prevent the agricultural recession brought about by the development of the industrial economy. At present, there are more than 1.7 million "Nongjiayue" families in China and 106,000 key villages that develop rural tourism. In the whole year, nearly 1 billion tourists were received, and the tourism income reached more than 2800 billion yuan, and more than 30 million farmers benefited directly. College students are a group that can not be ignored in our country's rural tourism. The number of college students in China has reached twenty-four million six hundred and eighty-one thousand, and the huge number base provides a rich source of tourists for the development of tourism. There are two essential conditions for college students to promote tourism activities. That is, there is more free time and certain economic ability to pay, and the overall cultural level of college students is relatively high. It is easy to be interested in tourism activities. The cost of rural tourism activities is not high and tourism activities mainly take place in the suburban areas of the university, one or two days can complete a tourist activity. This is from the time and the economic ability to pay with college students have a perfect agreement with the conditions. This paper mainly on the college students' rural tourism expectations to constitute the factors of empirical research, mainly including the following several aspects of the first. In this study, through consulting a large number of relevant literature and materials, analysis and summary of existing research results, and explained the relevant theories and concepts, for the full text of the research provides a theoretical basis. Second. This paper mainly introduces the research design model, variable selection, questionnaire design and survey. Third, the data analysis, through the sample descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis. It verifies and optimizes the influencing factors model of college students' rural tourism expectation, and analyzes the whole forming process of college students' rural tourism expectation from the stage of passive collection of rural tourism information to the stage of active collection and filtering. This paper expounds the role of the related factors in a particular stage, and analyzes the differences of 13 factors affecting the tourism expectations of college students. Finally, according to the results of the research and analysis. Some conclusions are drawn: the overall impression of rural tourism to college students is vague, fragmented and rigid; College students attach importance to the service links in rural tourism products; The greatest expectation of rural tourism is the natural ecological environment; In the whole process of rural tourism expectation formation, the active collection stage and filtering stage are constantly interactive; At present, there is a lack of famous tourist destination in the rural tourism market; College students hope that the contents of rural tourism activities will be more diversified; Personal constraints of time and economic cost have little effect on college students' choice of tourist destination. In view of the conclusion, the local government and tourism destination are proposed to attract college students to travel activities. Some suggestions on how to improve the level of tourism development; When launching the tourism products, we should design the rural tourism products according to the college students' expectation of rural tourism. Truly market demand-oriented, joint development of sales promotion; Maintain the background color, highlight the advantages of characteristics, enhance the attraction of rural tourism resources; Perfecting the infrastructure construction of rural tourism destination; Attach importance to the training of tourism service personnel; Improve the function of government and encourage joint operation to enhance the influence of rural tourism in college students.
