科技馆旅游服务体系构建研究

【摘要】：科技旅游作为旅游市场的新起之秀，他以迎合游客求知、探索、学习等需求为发展目的，一经出现就受到广大游客的青睐。科技馆旅游作为科技旅游的一种类型，其目的也是为了满足游客对未知世界探索、向未知领域发起冲击、体验最新科技成果的需要。虽然我国科技馆旅游发展仅有短短十几年的时间，但目前全国已有十处科技馆被国家评级，，上海科技馆甚至已经成为国家5A级旅游景区，可见我国科技馆旅游发展势头强劲且成绩斐然。但随着赴科技馆旅游游客的猛增，科技馆旅游服务所呈现的弊端也日渐凸显，对科技馆旅游服务的相关研究理论提出了要求。科技馆旅游服务体系有何特点、如何构建科技馆旅游服务体系、体系应包含哪些要素及各要素之间的结构关系，以及该体系如何促进和保障科技馆旅游的发展将成为本文研究的主要内容。本文以上海科技馆作为案例研究对象，通过对上海市旅游现状的描述、上海科技馆旅游服务现状的介绍，对上海科技馆游客满意度的问卷调查，再利用SPSS17.0分析工具对问卷所得数据进行分析，得出赴上海科技馆参观旅游游客的基本情况，并利用因子分析对所设项目进行降维归类，运用方差分析得出游客人口属性的六个维度对四因子满意度评价的差异情况，然后凭借IPA分析法，对问卷中所设置的30个项目进行分区，得出科技馆发展旅游的优势项目、维护项目、机会项目及改进项目，最终为科技馆旅游服务体系模型的构建提供依据和指导。最后，对研究进行总结，根据构建的科技馆旅游服务体系对科技馆旅游发展提出建议。在研究最后指出研究创新和不足，并对科技馆旅游服务体系的研究做了进一步展望。
[Abstract]:As a new star in the tourism market, science and technology tourism aims at catering to the needs of tourists, such as seeking knowledge, exploring, learning and so on. As a type of science and technology tourism, its purpose is to meet the needs of tourists to explore the unknown world and launch an impact on the unknown. The need to experience the latest scientific and technological achievements. Although China's science and technology museum tourism development only a short period of more than ten years, but at present, there are ten science and technology museums have been rated by the state. Shanghai Science and Technology Museum has even become a national 5A class tourist attractions. It can be seen that China's science and technology museum tourism development momentum is strong and achievements. But with the rapid increase of tourists to science and technology museum tourism. The disadvantages of the tourism service of science and technology museum are also becoming more and more prominent. The related research theory of science and technology museum tourism service is required. What are the characteristics of the science and technology museum tourism service system and how to construct the science and technology museum tourism service system. What elements should be included in the system and the structural relationship among them, and how the system can promote and guarantee the development of science and technology museum tourism will be the main content of this paper. This paper takes the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum as the case study object, through the description of the current situation of Shanghai's tourism, the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum's tourism service status, the survey of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum tourist satisfaction. Then using the SPSS17.0 analysis tool to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire, get the basic situation of visitors to Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, and use factor analysis to classify the items. Using variance analysis of the six dimensions of the tourist population attributes to the four-factor satisfaction evaluation differences, and then with the IPA analysis, 30 items set in the questionnaire are divided. The advantage project, maintenance project, opportunity project and improvement project of tourism development of science and technology museum are obtained, which will provide the basis and guidance for the construction of tourism service system model of science and technology museum. Finally, the paper summarizes the research, and puts forward some suggestions on the tourism development of science and technology museum according to the tourism service system of science and technology museum. At the end of the study, it points out the innovation and deficiency of the research. Furthermore, the research of tourism service system of science and technology museum is prospected.
