【摘要】：观光农业园是对农业生产方式，经营方式以及人们消费方式的创新，是农业未来发展的一种新思路，新模式，，也是我国现代农业中一项具有发展前途的特色产业。观光农业园是政府倡导、企业实施、广大农民积极参与的新型的推动社会主义新农村建设的综合农业开发方式。集观光采摘、休闲度假、科普教育于一体，以农业、自然与文化等资源为主要的内容，打造成为经济效益、社会效益和生态效益互相结合的综合农业园区。罗田大别山是山区农业大县，在新的发展时期，县委县政府在《罗田“十二五”规划纲要》中审时度势，高屋建瓴地提出了“工业强县，旅游兴县，生态立县，开放活县”四大发展战略。随着国家和省市县各级政府对农业发展的日益重视，依托城市圈的市郊生态型观光农业园的建设正面临前所未有的“天时地利人和”的历史机遇。本论文是以罗田大别山地区为研究对象，采用了理论分析，实际调研，原则分析，类别分析的方法。首先对国内外的观光农业园相关研究内容进行文献综述检索与查阅，了解了国内外观光农业园的发展特点和类型，以及对经济发展的促进作用。在此基础上，本文对罗田大别山地区进行了原则分析、类别分析，结合当地具体情况进入深入的环境研究，证实罗田大别山可以通过建设观光农业园促进当地经济更为有效的发展。并在此基础上提出了发展规划，对指导罗田大别山地区发展观光农业园具有一定的理论意义和实际意义。
[Abstract]:Sightseeing agricultural park is an innovation of agricultural production mode, operation mode and people's consumption mode. It is a new idea and new mode for the future development of agriculture. It is also a promising industry in modern agriculture in China.
Sightseeing agricultural garden is the government advocate, enterprises, farmers to actively participate in the new construction of a new socialist countryside comprehensive agricultural development. Sightseeing picking, leisure, science education development, in agriculture, natural and cultural resources as the main content, create economic benefits, social benefits of comprehensive agricultural park and with each other. The ecological benefits of Dabie Mountain in Luotian is a large agricultural county in mountainous area, in the new period of development, the county government in China "Luotian" 12th Five-Year "plan > time trend forward sweep down irresistibly from a commanding height" industrial county, tourism Xingxian County Ecological County, opening up the "four development strategies. Along with the national and provincial and county levels of government pay more attention to the development of agriculture, relying on the construction of city circle on the outskirts of eco agricultural tourism park is facing the hitherto unknown opportune historic opportunity.
This thesis is based on the Luotian Dabie Mountain Area as the research object, using theoretical analysis, practical research, principle analysis, class analysis method. Firstly the agricultural sightseeing garden related research content and access to literature review, understand the characteristics and types of domestic and foreign agricultural tourism park, as well as on economic development role. On this basis, this paper carried out the principle analysis of Luotian Dabie Mountain area category analysis, combined with the local situation in-depth research into the environment, the Dabie Mountains in Luotian can be confirmed through the construction of agricultural tourism park is more effective in promoting the local economic development. And on the basis of the development plan, has some theoretical and practical significance for the development of agricultural tourism park in Dabie Mountain Area of Luotian guide.
