大型风景名胜区周边旅游度假地开发研究

【摘要】：随着我国节假日的调整和人们收入水平的提高以及人们旅游观念的改变,人们的旅游活动从最初的观光旅游逐步转变为休闲度假游,加之国家旅游度假区的设立和对度假旅游的重视,在这种情况下,全国范围内掀起了一股旅游度假地建设热的风潮。其中,位于大型风景名胜区周边的旅游度假地由于其特殊的地理区位、优美的自然环境、丰富的风景资源和独特的客源市场等优势而快速发展起来。然而大型风景名胜区周边旅游度假地在依托自身优势发展的同时,也出现了不少问题,如自然环境被破坏,自然资源浪费严重；旅游的发展导致当地历史文化遗迹遭到破坏；旅游度假项目开发控制乏力导致大量土地资源被占用等……。这些在大型风景名胜区周边旅游度假地在开发建设中暴露出来的问题都反映出当前开发方式的不合理,因此,必须对当前的开发方式进行认真的研究,探索出一条能使大型风景名胜区周边旅游度假地实现可持续发展的道路来。本文以黄山风景名胜区周边旅游度假地为例对我国目前大型风景名胜区周边旅游度假地的发展情况进行了系统化的研究。在综合分析大型风景名胜区旅游度假地发展所取得成就的基础上,对大型风景名胜周边旅游度假地在快速发展过程中所面临的问题、付出的代价和开发控制手段等进行了深入的剖析。同时,依据可持续发展发展的理念,构建了离散型的开发模式,并将这种开发模式在不同层面进行了实践运用。

However, with the development of tourism resorts around large scenic spots, there are many problems, such as the destruction of natural environment and the serious waste of natural resources. The development of tourism resulted in the destruction of local historical and cultural relics; Lack of control over the development of tourism vacation projects leads to a large number of land resources being occupied. These problems exposed in the development and construction of tourist resorts around large scenic spots all reflect the unreasonable development methods at present. . Therefore, it is necessary to make a careful study of the current development methods and explore a way to realize the sustainable development of the tourist resorts around the large scenic spots. This paper takes the tourism resort around Huangshan scenic spot as an example to systematize the development of tourism resort around large-scale scenic spot in our country. On the basis of what has been achieved. In this paper, the problems, the cost and the means of development of the tourist resorts around the large scenic spots are deeply analyzed. At the same time, according to the concept of sustainable development, the paper makes a deep analysis of the problems faced by the tourist resorts around the large-scale scenic spots in the process of rapid development. The discrete development model is constructed and applied in different levels.
