【摘要】：为了科学的、统一协调的建设规划自然景区,防止景区水土流失、植被破坏、以及旅游服务设施与自然生态景观不协调等一系列问题的发生,本文在总结国内外生态旅游发展的理论和实践经验的基础上,结合稻城亚丁生态旅游发展现状,对稻城亚丁生态旅游可持续发展进行了SWOT分析,并从科学发展观的角度,提出未来稻城亚丁生态旅游可持续发展的思路、开发模式和开发中应遵循的原则,并提出以下有利于都稻城亚丁生态旅游可持续发展的建议。 1.稻城亚丁生态旅游必须立足于川西南和整个大香格里拉生态旅游区开发的大环境,走可持续发展的道路,并要在旅游开发过程中对生态环境和自然资源进行切实有效的保护。 2.稻城亚丁生态旅游发展拥有优越的基础条件。稻城亚丁拥有得天独厚的生态环境和丰富的生态旅游资源,以及优越的区位条件和良好的政策环境等,发展生态旅游有利于充分发挥稻城亚丁丰富的旅游资源与良好的环境条件的优势,能够进一步提高稻城亚丁的知名度,有利于生态效益、社会效益和经济效益的协调统一。但同时也必须而对生态环境脆弱、管理和服务水平低、缺少人才等诸多问题和挑战。 3.稻城亚丁生态旅游发展应采取综合开发的模式(观光度假模式、民俗文化风情体验模式、科普教育模式、旅游宣传纪念模式)。合理处理好这四种模式的关系,在政策支持和制度保障下,有计划、有组织的引导当地农民和工作人员实施以上旅游发展模式,促使以上四种模式健康、快速、可持续的发展,以创造环境效益、社会效益和经济效益同步提高的良好局而。
[Abstract]:In order to construct and plan the natural scenic spots scientifically and harmoniously, a series of problems such as soil erosion, vegetation destruction, and the disharmony between tourism service facilities and natural ecological landscape can be prevented. On the basis of summing up the theory and practice experience of Ecotourism development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the sustainable development of Daocheng Aden ecotourism by SWOT combined with the present situation of Daocheng Aden Ecotourism. And from the perspective of scientific development, put forward the future sustainable development of Daocheng Aden eco-tourism, the development model and the principles to be followed in the development. The following suggestions are put forward in favor of the sustainable development of Daocheng Aden ecotourism. 1. Daocheng Aden ecotourism must be based on the development environment of southwest Sichuan and the whole Shangri-la ecotourism area, and take the road of sustainable development. In the process of tourism development, the ecological environment and natural resources should be protected effectively. 2. The development of Daocheng Aden ecotourism has the superior basic condition, the Daocheng Aden has the unique ecological environment and the abundant ecotourism resources, as well as the advantageous location condition and the good policy environment and so on. The development of eco-tourism is conducive to give full play to the advantages of rich tourism resources and good environmental conditions of Daocheng Aden, can further improve the popularity of Daocheng Aden, and benefit the ecological benefits. The coordination of social and economic benefits, but also must be fragile to the ecological environment, management and service level is low, lack of talent and many other problems and challenges. 3. The development of Daocheng Aden Eco-tourism should adopt the comprehensive development model (sightseeing and vacation mode, folk culture experience mode, popular science education model). Tourism publicity memorial model. Reasonable handling of the relationship between the four models, under the policy support and system protection, planned, organized to guide local farmers and staff to implement the above tourism development model. To promote the above four models of healthy, rapid and sustainable development, in order to create environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits to improve the good bureau.
