大型旅游综合体建设进度管理研究

【摘要】：在生活质量逐渐提高的当代,人们从对衣食住行上的关注逐渐转变到对生活质量的关注上,旅游就是可以提高生活质量并且改善人们心情的不二选择。选择旅游地区是人们出行第一个需要解决的问题,尤其是生活在繁华大都市的居民想要更多的通过旅游的方式放松身心,这就给许多旅游条件优越的地方的经济发展带去了商机。然而事实情况下,正是由于人们越来越重视旅游,旅游业以迅雷不及掩耳之势发展起来,却由于相应的管理机构并没能够迅速的发展完善,旅游业的问题层出不穷,一些欺诈行为严重影响了当地旅游业的继续发展。大型旅游综合体的建设在一定程度上体现了旅游业的管理更上一层楼,在有一定规模的工程设计和管理下,在研究的基础上,结合工程项目的管理理论和各项标准,逐渐完善建设进度的管理。本文以华润兴隆旅游综合体为例,先对大型旅游综合体发展的背景和发展现状进行分析,再具体的对建设的进度管理方案进行研究,对不足的地方进行改进,获得最佳的进度管理方案。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of quality of life, people gradually change their attention from food, clothing, housing and transportation to the quality of life. Tourism is a choice that can improve the quality of life and improve people's mood. Especially the residents living in the bustling metropolis want to relax more through the way of tourism, which brings business opportunities to the economic development of many places with favorable tourist conditions. However, the fact is that. It is precisely because people pay more and more attention to tourism that tourism develops rapidly, but the problems of tourism emerge endlessly due to the failure of the corresponding management institutions to develop and improve rapidly. Some fraud has seriously affected the continued development of the local tourism industry. The construction of large-scale tourism complex to a certain extent reflects the tourism management to a higher level, in a certain scale of engineering design and management, on the basis of research. Combined with the management theory and standards of engineering projects, the management of construction progress has been gradually improved. In this paper, China Resources Xinglong tourism complex as an example, the first large-scale tourism complex development background and development status of analysis, and then the specific progress of the construction of the management scheme to improve the deficiencies. Get the best schedule management plan.
