基于社区参与的白羊峪乡村旅游发展研究

【摘要】：随着旅游者需求多元化、旅游产品多样化，我国乡村旅游业显示出了强大的生命力和强劲的发展势头，然而，乡村旅游在追逐经济利益最大化的同时，可能会忽视社区的利益，随之社区参与乡村旅游发展存在的各种问题日益凸显出来，因此，如何从旅游目的地社区角度来思考乡村旅游发展问题，谋求乡村旅游与社区的共同发展，成为了众多旅游界学者共同关注的话题。本文以白羊峪为研究对象，先是从白羊峪乡村旅游发展概况着手，阐述了白羊峪乡村旅游发展条件、发展历程，并对乡村旅游发展的现状进行分析。然后，通过实地调研，从社区居民自身角度，对社区居民参与乡村旅游发展状况进行问卷调查及分析，从游客和管理人员角度，对游客和管理人员对社区参与状况的感知进行访谈及分析，并结合文献研究、分析和总结，将实地访谈、问卷调查与数据分析方法结合在一起，利用SPSS、AMOS统计软件分析检验调查数据和模型，通过结构方程模型分析方法，构建了白羊峪社区居民参与乡村旅游发展状况的结构模型，在调查和分析的基础上得出社区居民参与乡村旅游发展存在的主要问题。最后，提出基于社区参与的白羊峪乡村旅游发展的对策，包括建立有效的社区参与机制，丰富乡村旅游产品，，强化旅游市场营销策略，加强政府的管理力度，以保证社区居民能够顺利地参与到乡村旅游发展中来，并能够直接或间接地从中受益，为推动白羊峪乡村旅游的可持续发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of tourist demand and tourism products, rural tourism in China has shown a strong vitality and strong momentum of development. However, rural tourism may ignore the interests of the community while pursuing the maximization of economic benefits. Therefore, how to think about the development of rural tourism from the point of view of tourism destination community, in order to seek the common development of rural tourism and community, Has become the common concern of many tourism scholars. This article takes Baiyangyu as the research object, starts with the general situation of the development of Baiyangyu rural tourism, expounds the development conditions and development process of the Baiyangyu rural tourism, and analyzes the present situation of the rural tourism development. From the perspective of community residents, the paper makes a questionnaire survey and analysis on the participation of community residents in the development of rural tourism, interviews and analyses the perception of community participation by tourists and managers from the perspective of tourists and managers. Combined with literature research, analysis and summary, field interviews, questionnaires and data analysis methods are combined, and SPSS Amos statistical software is used to analyze and test the survey data and models, and the structural equation model analysis method is adopted. This paper constructs the structural model of Baiyangyu community residents' participation in the development of rural tourism. Based on the investigation and analysis, the main problems of community residents' participation in the development of rural tourism are obtained. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of Baiyangyu rural tourism based on community participation, including establishing effective community participation mechanism, enriching rural tourism products, strengthening tourism marketing strategy, and strengthening government management. In order to ensure that the community residents can participate in the development of rural tourism, and can directly or indirectly benefit from it, it can provide a reference for promoting the sustainable development of Baiyangyu rural tourism.
