数字喀纳斯景区的构建与应用研究

【摘要】：旅游信息化是国家信息化战略的一个重要组成部分，是旅游业发展的内在要求和必由之路，它是指充分利用计算机技术、信息技术、数据库技术和网络技术，整合各类旅游信息资源，特别在旅游信息网络营销、旅游电子护照、旅游与文化互动发展、智慧旅游示范工程等方面具有创新性，使之成为旅游业发展的新的生产力，成为推动旅游产业发展和管理水平的重要手段。本文从旅游信息化的必然性出发，针对目前新疆喀纳斯信息化建设中存在的问题，提出了数字喀纳斯应用与构建的对策和建议。 本文运用管理控制理论、旅游景区容量管理理论、景区资源管理理论等相关理论，在分析和借鉴国内数字化景区的有效实践基础上，积极探索和推动喀纳斯这一具有新疆特色的优质知名旅游品牌与现代数字科技有机联结。从数字喀纳斯的背景入手，探讨喀纳斯景区信息化发展之路，以及如何构建数字喀纳斯，并就其将来的应用作了较为全面的阐述。通过研究，得出应加快数字喀纳斯景区的建设，注重系统性、前瞻性实践，加强对景区环境的保护，，通过智能化监控系统与其他应用子系统的协调运行，把景区旅游开发对自然环境的影响控制在合理范围之内；通过对数字喀纳斯的积极打造，运用先进的管理理念，较快地提升景区管理效能以及人员综合服务的能力与意识，不断改善景区的服务感知。注意协调景区发展与环境保护的关系，从而形成较为完整的“数字喀纳斯”信息化构想，不断扩大景区的影响力、知名度，促进和带领景区经济的和谐健康快速发展。
[Abstract]:Tourism informatization is an important part of the national information strategy and the inherent requirement and only way of tourism development. It refers to the full use of computer technology, information technology, database technology and network technology. The integration of all kinds of tourism information resources, especially in tourism information network marketing, tourism e-passport, tourism and cultural interaction development, intelligent tourism demonstration project and other aspects of innovation, making it a new productivity of tourism development, This paper, based on the inevitability of tourism informatization, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the application and construction of digital Kanas in view of the problems existing in the informatization construction of Kanas in Xinjiang. Based on the theory of management and control, the theory of capacity management of tourist attractions and the theory of resource management of scenic spots, this paper analyzes and draws lessons from the effective practice of domestic digital scenic spots. Actively explore and promote Kanas, a famous tourism brand with Xinjiang characteristics, organically linked with modern digital science and technology. From the background of digital Kanas, this paper discusses the road of informatization development in Kanas scenic area. And how to construct digital Kanas, and the application of digital Kanas in the future is expounded. Through the research, it is concluded that we should speed up the construction of digital Kanas scenic spot, pay attention to systematic and forward-looking practice, and strengthen the protection of scenic area environment. Through the coordinated operation of intelligent monitoring system and other application subsystems, the impact of scenic spot tourism development on natural environment is controlled within a reasonable range, and through the active creation of digital Kanas, advanced management concepts are used. The management efficiency of the scenic area and the ability and consciousness of the comprehensive service of the staff can be improved rapidly, the service perception of the scenic spot will be improved continuously, the relationship between the development of the scenic spot and the environmental protection should be coordinated, and thus a relatively complete information conception of "Digital Kanas" will be formed. Expanding the influence and popularity of scenic spots, promoting and leading the rapid and harmonious development of scenic area economy.
