【摘要】:本文意在通过对利基旅游的理论分析,结合中国的旅游产业现状对中国发展葡萄酒旅游进行浅析。主要通过文献搜集法、资料归纳法、数据分析法等研究方法进行研究得出结论。 葡萄酒旅游在国外出现的早且发展快速,也相对完善,并且有了相应的基础和实力。整个市场份额在整个旅游市场中也占有相当的地位。通过对国外葡萄酒旅游的成功的总结和借鉴,同时分析中国葡萄酒旅游业的现状和发展前景以及相关影响因素,了解和总结中国葡萄酒旅游业的发展前景,以及对中国经济发展的重要影响。 利基旅游可以概括的说成是新兴旅游业中的一种,但是也同时属于一种非大众型旅游。利基旅游具有独特性、专业性、挑战性、相对唯一性等特点,是其他行业所无法替代和补充的。利基旅游的存在不是与通常意义上的旅游相对立而是使整个旅游产业更加丰满,更具有多样性和吸引力。发展葡萄酒旅游业有相当多的好处,比如澳大利亚,在葡萄酒酿造历史上有非常悠久的历史,而且敢于采用先进技术。澳大利亚维多利亚一市,仅一年内的葡萄酒相关收入就高达9亿澳元,其中由于葡萄酒旅游而产生的收入占到了65%,足以见得葡萄酒旅游的经济客观性。促进酒业发展的同时,也促进了当地其他行业的发展壮大,创造经济效益的同时也为社会提供了广阔的就业机会和发展空间,葡萄酒旅游业在澳洲已经成为了旅游产业中一项支柱经济收入。因此中国也应考虑发展葡萄酒旅游业。 另外,中国地大物博,,葡萄产区有着分散性集中的特点,葡萄产区分散于全国各地,因此会有不同的品质和特点。这些也具有非常独特的吸引优势。也是其他国家和地区的葡萄酒所无法匹及的。中国葡萄酒旅游虽仅起步5年,但是在短短的5年时间内仍然创造了巨额收入,具有强大的发展空间和前景。 中国发展利基旅游是必然趋势,利基旅游不但能够吸引更多的专业旅游者或爱好者的目光,同时也能填补整体旅游市场的空缺,不只是在经济层面上满足市场需求,同时在精神层面上也能够大大提升。发展利基旅游是一项利国利民的举措。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development of wine tourism in China through the theoretical analysis of niche tourism and the current situation of China's tourism industry. Among them, the income generated by wine tourism accounts for 65%, which is enough to show the economic objectivity of wine tourism.
