本溪市旅游产业发展模式设计及实施途径

【摘要】：旅游产业作为现今世界各国的“黄金产业”，对各国经济发展有愈发明显的推动作用。1990年以来，随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，我国旅游业开始蓬勃发展，产业地位也被确定。旅游业逐步开始成为集食、住、行、游、购、娱等各个产业内容综合一体的国民经济部门。旅游产业发展模式是指一个特定时期内，一个国家或地区旅游产业发展的总体方式。地区旅游产业发展模式是在一定地区的旅游资源、市场和相关政策法规、地区民族文化的大背景下逐步形成。合理的旅游产业发展模式会为地区旅游产业发展指明正确方向，并找出影响地区旅游产业发展的问题，不合理的地区旅游产业发展模式则会制约地区旅游产业的发展。因此，制定合理的旅游产业发展模式意义重大。本溪市地处我国辽宁省东部山区，各类旅游资源十分丰富。如何充分利用这些得天独厚的旅游资源来发展本溪地区旅游产业，真正发挥本溪市旅游产业的支柱作用，需要有一个适合的旅游产业发展模式。本文在系统的研究了地区旅游产业发展模式相关理论基础上，界定了旅游产业的概念。利用RMP分析法对本溪地区的旅游资源进行分析评价，，并通过问卷调查和实地调查获取了许多关于本溪市旅游市场客源数据，综合分析本溪市旅游产业在资源、市场、产品和宣传等方面的现状和问题，结合本溪市现有旅游资源发展特点，提出了“一线三组团”旅游产业发展模式。并针对每一个组团和整个本溪地区旅游产业大体系提出了发展对策和建议，旨在为本溪地区的旅游产业发展贡献绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:The tourism industry in many countries in the world as the "gold industry", the economic development of various countries have become increasingly significant role in promoting the.1990 years, with the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, China's tourism industry began to flourish, the status of the industry is also determined. The tourism industry gradually began to become a set of food, live, row, travel, purchase, each department of national economy industry integrated entertainment.
The development model of tourism industry refers to a specific period of time, the overall development of the tourism industry of a country or region. Regional tourism industry development pattern is in a certain area of the tourism resources, market and relevant policies and regulations, under the background of regional culture gradually formed. The development model of tourism industry will be specified in the right direction for the regional tourism industry development, and find out the influence of regional tourism industry development, the development of regional tourism industry development pattern is not reasonable will restrict the regional tourism industry. Therefore, establishing reasonable tourism industry development mode is of great significance.
Benxi city is located in mountainous areas of Liaoning province in eastern China, all kinds of tourism resources are very abundant. How to make full use of these tourism resources richly endowed by nature to the development of Benxi regional tourism industry, really play the pivotal role of tourism industry in Benxi, there is a need for the tourism industry development mode.
This paper studied the basis theory of regional tourism industry development pattern, defines the concept of tourism industry. Analyze and evaluate the use of RMP analysis of tourism resources in Benxi area, and through the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation gets a lot about Benxi city tourism market data, a comprehensive analysis of Benxi city tourism industry in resources. The status quo and problems of the product market, and publicity and other aspects of the existing tourism resources, combined with the development characteristics of Benxi City, put forward the "tier three clusters" development model of tourism industry. And for each group and the big system of tourism industry in the whole Benxi area, put forward the development countermeasures and suggestions, so as to contribute to the development of tourism industry in Benxi modest.
