【摘要】：休闲农业主要从农业与旅游业有机结合基础之上产生的。近年来休闲农业水平迅猛提高,变作了农业进步的重要渠道,同时为旅游业未来的发展趋势。经营休闲农业能够有效利用农业自身优势,促使相关产业水平快速提高,在推动劳动力资源合理流通,提高收入水平、营造社会主义和谐社会方面能够产生非常关键的影响。随着武汉城市圈经济的迅速发展,近几年休闲农业随着城市化水平不断提高得到了明显的发展,休闲农业规模持续提高,市场需求同样持续提高。不过从不断发展的过程中,出现了比较明显的问题,应当特别进行关注。本文以鄂州市梁子湖区为例,在调研的基础上深入分析该区的休闲农业发展类型,发展需求等,并在此基础上进行SWOT分析,最后给出梁子湖休闲农业进一步发展的政策建议。本论文细化为七章。首先为绪论,关键涵盖了分析背景、影响、内容、手段还有说明其他的分析。其次为在全球范围内休闲农业具体情况开展论述；第三章根据抽样问卷调查的方式得出梁子湖区休闲农业发展市场需求分析,发现市民对休闲游的兴趣非常浓厚,短途游将成为市场新亮点；第四章介绍了目前梁子湖区休闲农业发展的五大类型,即自然景观型、生态农业型、休闲山庄型、运动休闲基地、特色产业型；第五章运用SWOT分析对梁子湖区休闲农业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等因素进行分析,发现梁子湖区休闲农业的发展是优势与劣势并存、机会与威胁同在；第六章针对梁子湖区休闲农业的发展提出发挥政府职能、建立创新体系、打造特色品牌以及丰富休闲农业产品内容等政策建议。第七章为本文的结论。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is mainly produced on the basis of the organic combination of agriculture and tourism. In recent years, the level of leisure agriculture has increased rapidly and become an important channel for agricultural progress. At the same time, for the future development trend of tourism, the management of leisure agriculture can effectively utilize the advantages of agriculture itself, promote the rapid improvement of the level of related industries, promote the rational circulation of labor resources and raise the income level. Building a socialist harmonious society can have a very critical impact. With the rapid development of Wuhan urban circle economy, leisure agriculture has been developing obviously in recent years with the increasing level of urbanization. The scale of leisure agriculture has continued to increase, and the market demand has also continued to increase. However, in the process of continuous development, This paper takes the Liangzi Lake District of Ezhou City as an example, analyzes the development type and demand of leisure agriculture in this area on the basis of investigation, and carries out SWOT analysis on this basis. Finally, the policy suggestions for the further development of Liangzi Lake leisure agriculture are given. This paper is divided into seven chapters. First, it is an introduction, the key covers the analysis background, influence, content, means and other analysis. Secondly, it discusses the specific situation of leisure agriculture on a global scale. The third chapter according to the sampling questionnaire survey way obtains the Liangzihu District leisure agriculture development market demand analysis, found the citizen to the leisure tour interest is very strong, the short distance traveling will become the market new bright spot; Chapter 4th introduces five types of leisure agriculture development in Liangzi Lake region, namely, natural landscape type, ecological agriculture type, leisure villa type, sports and leisure base, characteristic industry type, and 5th chapter uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages of leisure agriculture in Liangzi Lake area. Based on the analysis of disadvantages, opportunities, threats and other factors, it is found that the development of leisure agriculture in Liangzi Lake region is characterized by the coexistence of advantages and disadvantages, and the coexistence of opportunities and threats. Chapter 6th proposes to bring government functions into full play for the development of leisure agriculture in Liangzi Lake region. Establish innovation system, create characteristic brand and enrich the content of leisure agricultural products. Chapter 7th is the conclusion of this paper.
