开封宋朝历史文化旅游产品发展研究

【摘要】:河南省系全国地下文物大省,其文物数量居全国首位,仅馆藏文物就约占全国的八分之一,多达130万件。可以说,在中华民族乃至东方文化的形成与发展史上,河南历史文化无疑具有十分重要的地位。老祖先在这里为子孙后代留下的名胜古迹真是难以计数,其中国家级文物保护单位有96处之多,均可以称得上“国宝”,是我国历史文化长河中不可多得的瑰宝。而作为河南乃至国内外著名的文化历史名城开封更是这座瑰宝上闪亮的明珠。但是由于多年来发展意识薄弱、经济投入不足、宣传营销手段不够等诸多原因,开封一直没有展示出旅游强市的风采,没有真正达到它应有的地位,旅游发展总是处于不温不火的状态,在旅游人数和旅游收入等方面远远低于郑州、洛阳两市,甚至有被焦作、安阳、平顶山等城市取代的苗头。因此本文选取开封作为研究对象,从宋朝历史文化旅游的角度去深入调查开封目前旅游开发的现状,为今后开封的发展提出建议。在借鉴和吸收国内外学术界满意度研究成果的基础上,本文首先对开封历史背景和宋朝历史文化旅游资源进行了分析和总结,然后在游客满意度指标体系基础上借鉴绵山的文化旅游指标体系,加入有宋朝历史文化特色的指标,构建了开封宋朝历史文化旅游满意度模型,选取前往开封市内的游客作为样本进行问卷调查,经过为期两天的实地考察,发放了一定数量的调查问卷,从中获取实证数据和有效信息,通过SPSS20.0软件对收集上来的问卷进行游客人口学因素和旅游消费行为汇总,对游客满意度和重要性进行综合分析,用IPA方法对开封宋朝历史文化旅游资源的文化指标和服务指标进行分析,从中寻找游客对开封宋朝历史文化旅游产品期望值与满意度之间存在的诸多差异。最终得出结果显示,游客对开封宋朝历史文化旅游产品的满意度和期望值水平与开封宋文化发展的现状基本相符。比较令人满意的指标有整体的城市氛围、城市街道的宋文化特色明显;需要尽快提高的指标有景区内的民俗表演、旅游的行程安排、旅游宣传等,住宿环境、文化纪念品等满意度较低,文化演出可以作为新的旅游增长点。通过研究发现了制约开封宋朝历史文化发展的原因,并有针对性的提出了提升宋朝历史文化旅游品味、优化开封文化旅游资源、促进宋朝历史文化旅游大力发展、提高旅游收入的建议。

It can be said that in the history of the formation and development of the Chinese nation and the oriental culture, history and culture of Henan undoubtedly has a very important position. Our ancestors here for future generations it is difficult to count the places of historic interest and scenic beauty, including national cultural relics protection units as many as 96, can be called a "national treasure", is a rare treasure of the cultural history of China. As a famous historical and cultural city of Henan and the domestic and foreign opening is the shining pearl treasure seat. But due to years of development consciousness is weak, insufficient investment, promotion is not enough for many reasons, it has not shown a strong tourism city style, not really achieve its proper position, tourism development The exhibition is always in a tepid state, in the travel and tourism income is far below Zhengzhou, Luoyang two city, even by Jiaozuo, Anyang, Pingdingshan city to replace the signs. So this thesis chooses it as the research object, in-depth investigation to present situation of opening tourism development from the Song Dynasty historical and cultural tourism perspective and put forward the recommendations for the future development of it. On the basis of absorbing the domestic and foreign academic satisfaction and research results, this paper analyzes and summary of historical background. And the historical and cultural tourism resources, and then learn from the index system of cultural tourism Mianshan based on tourist satisfaction index system, with characteristics of Song Dynasty history culture index, constructed the Opening Song Dynasty historical and cultural tourist satisfaction model, choosing to unseal city tourists as the sample for the survey, after Fieldwork for a period of two days, issued a certain number of questionnaires, to obtain empirical data and effective information, through SPSS20.0 software for tourist demographic factors and tourism consumption behavior of the collected questionnaire summary, comprehensive analysis on tourist satisfaction and importance analysis of the Song Dynasty Kaifeng historical and cultural tourism resources and cultural indicators service index by IPA method, to find a lot of differences between visitors to the Opening Song Dynasty historical and cultural tourism product expectations and satisfaction. The final results show that, visitors to the Opening Song Dynasty historical and cultural tourism product satisfaction and expectation level and status of cultural development are consistent with the opening song. Satisfactory index as a whole the atmosphere of city, city street song culture characteristic is obvious; need as soon as possible to improve indicators in the area of folk performances, travel Travel itinerary, tourism promotion, accommodation, cultural souvenirs and low satisfaction of cultural performances can be used as a new growth point in tourism. Through the study found that the reason for restricting the opening of the Song Dynasty's historical and cultural development, and puts forward to enhance the historical cultural tourism taste, cultural tourism resources to promote the optimization of Kaifeng. The development of historical and cultural tourism, improve the tourism revenue.
