大同市旅游业发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：在社会主义现代化建设的新阶段,党中央、国务院把扩大内需、促进消费确立为促进国民经济发展的长期战略方针和基本立足点。第三产业中的旅游业成为重要组成部分,是世界上发展最快的新兴产业之一,被誉为“朝阳产业”。《国务院关于加快发展服务业的若干意见》提出,要围绕小康社会建设目标和消费结构转型升级的要求,大力发展旅游文化、休闲娱乐等面向民生的服务业。大同市作为资源型城市可持续发展试点和比照实施振兴东北等老工业基地有关政策的城市,其经济发展机遇千载难逢。山西拥有丰富的旅游资源和区位优势,在山西转型发展的关键时期,旅游经济面临着前所未有的发展机遇。山西省“十一五”规划纲要提出,把大同建成山西省中心旅游城市。大同市也决定把旅游产业发展成支柱产业,并进而发展成主导产业。大同市市委十三届七次全体会议提出“十二五”时期,本市将围绕省委提出的工业新型化、农业现代化、市域城镇化、城乡生态化的战略要求,着力打好文化牌,走出转型路,创造特色城,力争实现经济总量翻番。做大做强大同旅游产业,正面临难得的历史机遇,大同正是要抓住这一历史机遇,助力“旅游”转型跨越发展。本文正是在这样的背景下展开研究的。首先在掌握了大同市丰富旅游资料的基础上,结合旅游业发展的有关理论,找到了制约大同市旅游业发展的诸多因素,并结合大同市“旧城保护,新城建设”的城市环境,从多方面为大同市旅游业进一步发展提出对策建议,并在最后对大同市旅游业发展进行前景展望。
[Abstract]:In the new stage of socialist modernization, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have established the expansion of domestic demand and the promotion of consumption as the long-term strategic policy and basic foothold for promoting the development of the national economy. Tourism in the tertiary industry has become an important part. It is one of the fastest-growing new industries in the world and is known as the "sunrise industry." the State Council's views on accelerating the development of the service industry put forward the requirement of building a well-off society and upgrading the consumption structure around the goal of building a well-off society, Vigorously develop tourism culture, leisure and entertainment and other services oriented to the people's livelihood. Datong City, as a pilot project for sustainable development of resource-based cities and a city that carries out relative policies for revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China, has a rare opportunity for its economic development. Shanxi has abundant tourism resources and regional advantages. In the crucial period of Shanxi's transformation and development, the tourism economy is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. Datong has been built into a central tourist city in Shanxi Province. Datong has also decided to develop the tourism industry into a pillar industry and thus into a leading industry. The Seventh Plenary session of the 13 session of the Datong Municipal CPC Committee proposed the "12th Five-Year Plan" period. The city will focus on the strategic requirements of industrial modernization, agricultural modernization, urban and rural urbanization, and urban and rural ecologicalization proposed by the provincial party committee, and will make great efforts to play a good cultural card, go out of the way of transformation, and create characteristic cities. Striving to double the total amount of economy, we are facing a rare historical opportunity to expand and strengthen the tourism industry of Datong, which is precisely to seize this historical opportunity to help the transformation of "tourism" to leapfrog development. It is under this background that this paper starts the research. Firstly, on the basis of mastering the abundant tourism information of Datong City and combining with the relevant theories of tourism development, it finds out many factors that restrict the development of tourism in Datong City. Combined with the urban environment of "old city protection and new city construction", the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of tourism industry in Datong city from many aspects, and finally looks forward to the prospect of tourism development in Datong city.
