河南省城市旅游服务功能体系构建和空间整合研究

【摘要】：当前我国旅游业发展如火如荼,很多省份与地区把旅游产业作为主导产业、朝阳产业进行发展,与此同时旅游产业竞争越来越激烈。河南省作为一个历史悠久的旅游大省,旅游业也正在高速发展。但是,由于历史地理以及经济发展原因,河南省城市旅游业发展冷热不均,城市旅游服务设施建设良莠不齐。在激烈的旅游竞争中明确城市在区域旅游中的功能、地位,在旅游资源、旅游基础设施、旅游服务设施分布不平衡的形势下,集约性的进行区域旅游建设成为迫在眉睫的问题。文章在对城市旅游功能、区域旅游进行一系列综述的基础上,进行了与文章选题相结合的研究与分析,在文献研究的基础上,探讨了城市旅游服务功能的内涵,并将其概念界定为城市在区域内的旅游地位,认为城市旅游服务功能包含游集散功能、旅游宣传促销功能、旅游供给功能、旅游接待功能四项内容,具有服务的外向性、空间的集聚性、辐射的带动性、发展的动态性四项特征,可根据城市旅游服务功能类型、城市旅游服务功能空间结构构建不同的城市旅游服务功能体系,又可根据城市旅游服务辐射影响范围进行空间整合。本文以城市旅游服务功能的内容为依据,建立评价指标体系,确立综合评价法与基于断裂点理论的城市旅游服务功能评价方法,评价城市旅游服务功能大小,认定对城市旅游服务功能影响范围,以得到城市旅游服务功能的量化结果。进而,结合河南省的省情,包括河南省旅游发展态势(旅游资源开发情况、旅游市场现状、城市区位、旅游交通状况)与河南省城市旅游服务功能现状,收集相关数据,通过计算得出城市旅游服务功能评价结果,即城市旅游服务功能的大小与范围。最后,依据集约性、系统性、前瞻性的空间整合原则进行空间整合,设置五级旅游服务中心、三条发展轴线、两个城市旅游服务功能协作区,以新颖的思路思考河南省旅游城市体系构建与空间整合方案与模式。本文通过对城市旅游服务功能内容的分析,将其分解为若干评价指标,进行综合评价,并结合断裂点理论,得出城市旅游服务功能的大小与影响范围,进而构建五级旅游服务中心。即一级旅游服务中心郑州市,二级旅游服务中心-洛阳市-南阳市,三级旅游服务中心信阳市-安阳市-新乡市-开封市-焦作,四级旅游服务中心平顶山市-许昌市-周口市-驻马店市-三门峡市-濮阳市-鹤壁市-漯河市,五级为在城市旅游服务功能范围之外或者“一日区域”之外的乡镇或景区。最后,在理论研究的基础上对河南省城市旅游服务功能体系提出了空间整合方案,构建开封-郑州-洛阳、安阳-新乡-郑州-平顶山-许昌-驻马店-信阳、洛阳-南阳-信阳三条旅游轴线,安阳-鹤壁-濮阳-新乡-焦作-济源-三门峡、商丘-许昌-平顶山-漯河-周口-驻马店两个城市旅游服务功能协作区。本研究的主要创新包括城市旅游服务功能评价体系构建、城市旅游服务功能五级体系设置、基于城市旅游服务功能的空间整合。
[Abstract]:Like a raging fire the current development of China's tourism industry, many provinces and regions of the tourism industry as the leading industry, the development of the sunrise industry, at the same time the tourism industry more competitive. Henan province is a big province of tourism has a long history, the tourism industry is developing rapidly. However, due to historical and geographical reasons of economic development, the development of tourism in Henan the provincial city Lengrebujun, city tourism service facilities in the city. Clear uneven in quality in the regional tourism function, in the fierce competition in tourism status, tourism resources, tourism infrastructure, tourism service facilities distribution imbalance situation, the intensive regional tourism construction has become an imminent problem.
Based on the city tourism function, a series of regional tourism are reviewed in this paper, carried out research and analysis combined with the thesis, on the basis of literature research, discusses the connotation of city tourism service function, which is defined as the city in the area of tourism, that city tourism service function includes travel distribution functions, tourism promotion, tourism supply, tourism reception function four items, extroversion has a service, gathering space, driven by radiation, the development of dynamic characteristics of four, according to the city tourism service function types, city tourism service function space structure of city tourism service function different systems, and according to the city tourism service radiation range of spatial integration. This paper takes the city tourism service function as the basis, establish evaluation index system. Establish comprehensive evaluation method and evaluation of the breaking point theory of city tourism service function based on the method of evaluation of city tourism service function size, influence scope of cognizance of the city tourism service function, to quantify the results of city tourism service function. Then, combined with the situation of Henan Province, including the development trend of Henan Province Tourism (tourism resources development, tourism the market situation, city location, tourist traffic) status and tourism services in Henan province city, collect relevant data, the evaluation results of city tourism service function by calculating the size and scope of the city tourism service function. Finally, on the basis of intensive, systematic, forward-looking principle of space integration of spatial integration, set up five tourist service center, three development axis, the two city tourism service function area of cooperation, with innovative ideas to think about the construction of the Henan provincial tourism city system Space integration scheme and model.
In this paper, through the analysis of the city tourism service function content, which can be decomposed into several evaluation indexes, comprehensive evaluation, and combining with the breaking point theory, the size and scope of the city tourism service function, and then construct five tourist service center. That is a tourist service center of Zhengzhou City, Nanyang City, two - grade tourism the service center of Luoyang City, the three tourist service center in Xinyang city - Anyang city - Xinxiang city - City - Jiaozuo, the four tourist service center in Pingdingshan city - Xuchang city - Zhoukou city - Zhumadian city - Sanmenxia city - Puyang city - Hebi city - Luohe City, the five level is beyond the scope of city tourism service function or "a day outside the township or scenic area". Finally, on the basis of theoretical research of the spatial integration plan of the tourism service in Henan province city function system proposed construction of opening - Zhengzhou - Luoyang, Anyang - Xinxiang - Zhengzhou - Pingdingshan Xuchang, Zhumadian, Xinyang, Luoyang Nanyang Xinyang, the three tourist axes, Anyang, Hebi, Puyang, Xinxiang, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, post, two - urban tourism service function cooperation area.
The main innovations of this study include the establishment of the evaluation system of urban tourism service function, the five level system of urban tourism service function, and the spatial integration based on the urban tourism service function.
